Thank you for using our company’s portable Bluetooth / NFC speaker. Please read this user manual carefully in
order to operate this product correctly.

II. Kind Reminder
1. To prolong the speaker’s life span and to avoid hearing damage, please do not listen to music under high volume for
long periods of time.
2. When an error occurs with the speaker, please turn off the product and restart to troubleshoot.
3. When the speaker’s power is low, the Bluetooth range may be affected. Please charge the speaker to avoid
disruptions during use

VI. FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
1. Turn on the speaker. The indicator light will flash as it detects Bluetooth enabled devices near you. The
indicator light will turn off if no Bluetooth device is detected within 5 minutes.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your smartphone or Bluetooth enabled device.
3. “Gemline Spkr” will appear on Bluetooth device list, select “Gemline Spkr” to establish pairing.
4. Play/pause as desired by pressing function key.
5. When you want to play audio from another Bluetooth device, disconnect the speaker and restart the Bluetooth
speaker and re-pair with the new device.
NFC OPERATION
1. Turn on the speaker.
2. Gently touch your NFC supported device to the side of the speaker.
3. A pop-up asking whether to proceed with the connection will appear on the device, select “Yes”.
4. To disconnect the NFC supported device, gently touch the side of the speaker again with the device.
CHARGING THE SPEAKER
The speaker has a built-in Lithium battery. The battery is rechargeable and provides approximately 2.5 hours of
continuous operation at 80% volume when fully charged.
Use the micro-USB cable to charge the speaker. The red indicator light will illuminate while the speaker is
charging. The red indicator light will turn off when the speaker is fully charged.

Devices equipped with BLUETOOTH 3.0 or higher (for details please refer to the relevant device agreements or general
specifications).
Bluetooth 3.0 including agreements as:A2DP, AVRCP, HFP.

Failure in connecting and
pairing
1. Inspect whether the speaker is in the status of searching for a device; if
not, restart the speaker.
2. Difficulty in searching and connecting with desired device can be caused
if multiple devices are equipped, turned on, and in range for Bluetooth
connectivity. Please turn off or disable Bluetooth on the other devices.
The sound is low or distorted
1. Inspect the volume of the Bluetooth speaker or device and adjust the
volume as needed.
2. The power of the battery is insufficient, please charge it.
Discontinuous music
1. Inspect the distance between the device and speaker, they may be too far
apart and exceed the Bluetooth range.
2. Inspect if there is an obstacle between the speaker and the Bluetooth
device.
The indicator for Bluetooth
mode is not on
1. It indicates that the power of the battery is not sufficient. Please charge
the speaker and try again.
2. Restart the speaker.
