Registration Procedures
Open the battery compartment or receiver and insert the two “AAA" batteries.
Open the battery compartment ortransmitter and insert the two “AAA" batteries
The meesstonal Remote Cooking Thermometer needs the receiver In register
the radio trequency signal lrom the transmitter,
Transmitter 8i Receiver are off.
1. Plug the stainless steel probe sensorinto the plug in or the transmitter.
2. Turn transmitter on by pressing and holding the ONVOFF button on the side
ior2seconds.
3 Turn the receiveron by pressing and holding the ONrOFF/“C J’F button tor
2seconds.
4 Registration is complete when the receiver shows the probe temperature

The receiver will turn ottautomaticalty it it hasn't receive the temperature signal
from the transmitter (or more than 30 minutes, a beep will sound for one minute
before it shuts down However. the Auto Oflfeatute will be automatically disabled

Measure meat temperature to USDA doneness temperature range:

4 Once the temperature of meat reaches the preset doneness level the receiver

Measure meat temperature set to your specl c taste
1. Press MODE to select thermometer mode. The upperdlsplay will show a
small MEAT and a meat type such as BEEF
2. Press HR or MlN to raise or lowerthe settemperature As you press HR or
