rhe HUHF 800-80 Series power amplifier is a self-
:ontained rack mountable unit capable of up to 85
watts of class c output power, with built in cooling
:ircuitry and power reduction capability. The input
signal is amplified by a power module capable of
aroducing 20 watts. It is then split and amplified by
the output amplifiers and recombined with a Wilkinson
:ombiner. Finally, it is filtered by a five element low
sass filter. There are two thermostats strategically
Jlaced on the heatsink. one controls the fans when
:he heatsink exceeds 110 F and the other reduces the
Jutput power to half when the heatsink exceeds 150 F.
