Regulatory Notice EXPOSURE TO RADIO FREQUENCY The radiated output power of this internal wireless radio is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits. Nevertheless, the wireless radio shall be used as described in the manual. The internal wireless radio operates within guidelines found in radio frequency safety standards and recommendations, which reflect the consensus of the scientific community. Enustech therefore believes the internal wireless radio is safe for use by consumers. The level of energy emitted is far less than the electromagnetic energy emitted by wireless devices such as mobile phones. However, the use of wireless radios may be restricted in some situations or environments, such as abroad airplanes. If you are unsure of restrictions, you are encouraged to ask for authorization before turning on the wireless radio. NOTE: Modifications not expressly approved by Enustech, Inc. could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. FCC REGISTATION INFORMATION This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1. This device may not cause harmful interference; and 2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operations. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the Revision No 1.0 Page: 20 User Manual Enustech Inc. interference by one or more of the following measures: Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. RF Exposure Information ( SAR ) This model meets the government requirements for exposure to radio waves. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. The exposure standard for wireless mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6W/Kg. Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in three tested frequency channels. Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can be well below the maximum value. This is because the phone is designed to operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the poser required to reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless access point, the lower the power output. The highest SAR value for the phone as reported to the FCC when tested for use at the ear is 0.719 W/Kg and when tested for use at the body worn is 0.026 W/Kg. It is far below the SAR limits because it has a Bluetooth wireless technology which should be designed at maximum 100 mW RF emission. The SAR information on the phone is on the file with the FCC and can be found under the Grant Display section of http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid after searching on FCC ID TT2CP100L Although the phone is not designed for body worn operation. For body worn operation by a user, this phone has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure guidelines for use with an accessory that contains no metal and the positions the handset a minimum of 1.5cm from the body. Use of other enhancements may not ensure compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines. If you do not use a body worn accessory and are not holding the phone at the ear, Revision No 1.0 Page: 21 User Manual Enustech Inc. Position the handset a minimum of 1.5cm from your body when the phone is switched on. MARKING INFORMATION FCC ID TT2CP100L 10.
