Sports Truck
Your HadioShack Spods Truck is
your own personal Truck. You
can charge forward, turn around, then
charge oti in another direction.
Note: You need two AA batteries to
power the Sports det, and one S-volt
battery to power the controller.
INSTALLING» BATTERlES
Cautions:
- Use only tresh batteries of the
required size and type.
- Do not mix old and new batteries,
ditlerent types oi batteries (stan-
dard, alkaline, or rechargeable),
or rechargeable baneries of differ-
ent capacities.
' Never leave dead or week batter-
ies in the Sports Truck.
- it you do not plan to use the Sports
Trudi for several days. remme the
batteries.
' Dispose of batteries properly; do
not bury or burn them.
Installing the Sports Truck‘s
Batteries
You need two AA batteries (not sup-
plied) to power the Police Car. We
recommend alkaline batteries, such
as Radioshack Cat. No 23-552. Fol-
low these sleps to install the batteries.
1. Set GNIOFF on the back at the
Sports Truck to OFF.

2. Use a coin to twist the slot beside
the battery companment caver on
the bottom ol the Sports Truck.

Caution: The battery compart-
ment cover is hinged. Do not try to
remove it
3. install the batteries on top at the
ribbon. as ingicated by the polarity
symbols (+ and —) marked inside,
4. Close the cover and make sure it
snaps shut.

not move at all, gently pull the ribbon
to remove the batteries, then replace
them with fresh ones.
