If the earbuds can not be powered on even after fully charged or have no
reaction when used, please connect to USB cable to reset it, and it indicates
that the earbuds have been restored to factory settings when the red light
is steady on.
Note:
After factory settings are restored, pairing list of the earbuds will be cleared,
the earbuds will auto-enter pairing mode when powered on again; if needs
to connect with certain device, please re-pair it with the earbuds.

use it after fully charged.

Warning: The rechargeable batteries that provide power for this product
must be disposed properly for recycling. Do not dispose of batteries in fire
to prevent an explosion.
3. Pairing and Connection
Connection with Bluetooth mobile phone
• When turned off, press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds
until the red and blue light flashes alternately, it enters pairing mode.
• Set Bluetooth phone to search for and pair with “EDIFIER W310BT”; Wait
until hearing a prompt tone and the blue light will flash slowly, then the
pairing is finished.
Note:
• PIN code for connection is “0000” if needed.
• The earbuds will exit pairing mode if fail to connect within 2 minutes
and will auto-turn off if fail to connect again within 5 minutes.
• After pairing is complete, the headphones will auto-connect to the
device connected last time when powered on again;
Connect two Bluetooth devices simultaneously
• Pair the headphones with the first device.
• Turn off the earbuds, then press and hold the multifunction button to
let the earbuds enter pairing status, and connect to the second device.
• Then operate the first device to select “EDIFIER W310BT”, and it completes
to connect two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
Note: When two Bluetooth devices have different operating systems (eg
one has Android™ and the other is iOS ), some cross-system operations
(eg pause music in Android™ and play music in iOS ) may be delayed.

• When the volume is set at the maximum, there will be a prompt tone.
• To enjoy remote playback control functions (previous track/next track/
pause/play), please ensure your mobile phone or Bluetooth transmitter
supports AVRCP profile;
When the headphone is connected with mobile phone supporting
Qualcomm aptX™ technology, you can enjoy wireless music via
headphone.
5. Play music
During using, please read the following advices carefully to help you
comply with warranty terms and extend the product’s service life.
• Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting internal
circuit.
• Do not put the product in places exposed to sun or with high
temperature. High temperature will shorten service life of electronic
components, damage battery and deform plastic components.
• Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging internal circuit
board.
• Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage
the product.
• Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with hard object to avoid
damaging internal circuit.
• Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.
• Do not use sharp objects to scratch product surface to avoid damaging
shell and affecting appearance.
If the product cannot operate properly, please send it to your qualified
maintenance agency for repair.

Red light instead of blue light flashes.

It indicates the earbuds are in low battery level, please recharge the
earbuds.
Red light is off during charging.

Please ensure the charging device is correctly connected with the
earbuds.
•
When the earbuds are not used for long periods of time, the battery
will enter sleep state. It needs to charge about 30 minutes and then
the red light will be lit.
No sound heard from the earbuds.
•
Check if the earbuds are operating.
•
Check if the earbuds volume is at an appropriate level.
•
Check if the earbuds are correctly connected with mobile phone.
•
Check if the earbuds are operated within an effective distance.
The earbuds calling effect is bad.
•
Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.
•
Please ensure the earbuds are within effective distance (10m )
and no obstacle between the headphone and mobile phone.
When playing music, unable to control pause/play/previous track/
next track via earbuds.

Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote
Control Profile) profile.

For products with removable battery, the battery must be properly recycled
or disposed. For products with built-in battery, disassembling is
prohibited.
Never disassemble, hit with force, squeeze batteries or dispose of
batteries in fire. Do not expose batteries in conductive materials, liquid,
fire or heat. Do not let metal object contact two battery poles. If the
battery looks swollen, leaking, discolored, having odor or any abnormal
appearance, stop using it. Do not use the battery after immersed in water.
Improper use of battery may lead to explosion or leakage, causing skin
burn or other injuries; in the event of battery leakage, handle it with care
and immediately dispose of the battery in the manner in compliance with
applicable laws and regulations in your locality.
