Move It™ Product and Platform include features that promote physical activity.
Consider the risks involved and consult with your medical professional before
engaging in any physical activity. EGGPLANT TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible or
liable for any injuries or damages you may sustain that result from your use of, or
inability to use, the features of the Platform.
LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY POLICY
1. Eligibility and Limitation
The Seller warrants that any product ordered from Eggplant Technologies is free
from material defects and workmanship (“Defect(s)”) for twelve (12) months from
the original date of purchase. The Seller liability is limited to the repair or
replacement of the product and will, at the Seller's sole discretion, either repair or
replace your product at its own discretion if the Seller confirms a valid claim of
Defect.
The limited warranty does not apply to: (i) Damage caused by normal wear and tear,
abnormal use or conditions, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, improper handling or
storage, defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation,
maintenance, alteration, improper use of any electrical source, undue physical or
electrical stress, operator error, non-compliance with instructions or other acts
which are not the fault of Seller, including damage or loss during shipment or transit.
(ii) Damage from external causes such as floods, storms, fires, sand, dirt,
earthquakes, an Act of God, exposure to sunlight, weather, moisture, heat,
vibration or corrosive environments, electrical surges, battery leakage, theft, or
damage caused by the connection to other products not recommended for
interconnection.
2. Warranty Returns
The Customer may initiate a warranty return request within the warranty period.
The Customer shall email Eggplant Technologies with the order number for a return
authorization. The return unit must be in its original packaging or equivalent degree
of protection of the product packaging will be shipped to the address in Hong Kong
SAR for inspection. The Customer is liable for return of the products until they reach
the address specified by the Seller. If the Seller confirms a valid claim of Defect, the
Seller will be liable to refund the Customer the shipping cost. The Customer shall
provide product receipt which enables the Seller to process the refund via the
original payment account. The Seller will refund up to $25 USD for warranty return
shipping.

Your continued use of the Product and Platform shall be considered your
acceptance to the revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use,
please do not use this Product and Platform.
FCC Statement
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency
energy and, if not in-stalled and used in accordance with the instructions, may
cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this
equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception,

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
