Electrolux Dishwashing WTU40 - Utensil Washer The Electrolux Dishwashing range is produced for customers with the highest conceivable demands for efficiency, economy and ergonomics for dishwashing operation. The product range is comprised of glasswashers, undercounter dishwashers, hood type dishwashers, rack type dishwashers, flight type dishwashers and pot and pan washers. The front loaded dishwasher WTU40 has a capacity of 65 baskets per hour. The new WTU40 is the ideal space saving multi–purpose dish/utensil washer, perfect for a large variety of items such as containers, pizza plates as well as standard plates, cutlery and glasses. 503023 EASY TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN • Equipped with drain pump if required to facilitate installation. • Required space the same as a conventional domestic dishwasher. • Simple service from the front. EASY TO CLEAN • WTU40 has smooth surfaces and a double wash tank with rounded corners to facilitate cleaning. • Wash/rinse arms and nozzles in stainless steel. • Wash/rinse arms and filter easy to remove. • No pipes inside the washing chamber. • Self cleaning cycle, easy to activate. • 304 AISI stainless steel front and side panels, wash tank, tank filter and wash and rinse arms. • Model WTU40ADPWS has a built-in continuous water softner which can be activated automatically, and has two resin containers which automatically alternate during regeneration to provide non-stop washing. • When the easy to access front loading regeneration slat container is empty, the machine sounds an alarm to advise the operator. • 100% of the rinse water is regenerated without loss of pressure during rinse cycle, to ensure full detergent removal and the sanitisation of items. EASY TO USE • Simple control panel, with digital display for wash and rinse temperature. • Three dishwashing programs, one for lightly soiled tableware, one for normally soiled items and a third program for heavy soiled items. • Built-in rinse aid dispenser for a perfect rinsing result. Some models also with built-in detergent dispenser. • Pre-arrangement for HACCP system implementation and Energy Management device.
