SKAA User’s Manual For all SKAA part numbers including PL5553, PL5554, PL5556 and PL5561 SKAATM transmitters each support up to four SKAA receiver units at the same time. The SKAA logo between transmitters and receivers. guarantees compatibility Green List ‐ All SKAA receivers have a Green List which is just a list of your favorite transmitters. The first time you use a receiver, the Green List is empty, so you need to Double Click the SKAA button to hunt for a new transmitter. If your receiver consists of two or more wireless units, (for example, a left speaker and a right speaker) we call that a Cluster. The unit with the SKAA button is the Master of the Cluster and it is where the Green List is kept. Each unit uses three LED colors to communicate SKAA status: green, amber and red. Common SKAA Commands Command Hunt through Green List (look for favorite transmitters) Button Single Click Explore; hunt for new transmitters Double Click Add / delete transmitter from Green List Hold for 3 seconds Automatically add transmitter to Green List by listening continuously for 30 minutes. ‐ LED Hunting (Flash) Green List # Bonded Hunting Bonded Æ Added (Flash) Deleted Æ Added More SKAA Commands Command When hunting through green list, stop at the current green list entry and continue to look solely for that transmitter Mute If muted, unmute Erase the Green List; start over To make a Cluster of receivers: 1. power on Master while holding down SKAA button (hold button until red LED starts flashing) 2. power on remaining receiver units 3. once LED on Master becomes solid (stops flashing), turn off the Master and all other receiver units FCC Statement: Federal Communication Commission Interference Statement This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
