Thank you for purchasing your Vivitar Bluetooth Neckbuds, item VOB40072BT. You can use
your neckbuds with most smartphones and Bluetooth devices to stream music wirelessly and
enjoy hands-free calling. In order to get the best results, please read this manual first before using
your neckbuds.
-Please recycle or dispose of your neckbuds properly based on the laws and rules of your
municipality. Contact local recycling facilities and/or the manufacturer of your neckbuds for
further information.
-Never expose your neckbuds to high temperatures, extreme cold, high humidity or excessive
moisture or water.
-Never tug or yank on the USB cable while it is connected to your neckbuds. Connect and
disconnect cables as carefully as possible.
-When your neckbuds are not in use, they should be stored in a cool, dry place.
-Use a soft cloth or paper towel to clean your neckbuds. Do not allow moisture to get inside the
ear cups. Never use any harsh chemicals or detergents for cleaning. Make sure your neckbuds are
dry before using.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could
void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR NECKBUDS.
2. Do not use your neckbuds near water. Clean using a dry or slightly moist cloth.
3. Do not place your neckbuds on any wet surfaces.
4. Do not allow children or the infirm to play with your neckbuds without adult supervision.
5. Do not expose your neckbuds to excessive heat, flames or fire.
6. Always press all buttons carefully. Do not manhandle your neckbuds.
7. Do not use in extremely dry environments, as this can lead to static discharge during usage.
8. Do not expose your neckbuds to temperatures above 40°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
9. Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Contact a qualified service center if your neckbuds are in need
of service.
10. Do not drop, puncture or expose your neckbuds to excessive trauma.
11. Your neckbuds are not intended for commercial use.
12. Do not place near objects that generate a strong magnetic field.
13. Use only the supplied charging cables. Unplug this device when not in use for long periods of time or during
lightning storms.

To receive Warranty service along with the name and address of an authorized product service
center, the original consumer purchaser must contact us for problem determination and service
procedures. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, evidencing that the
product is within the applicable Warranty period(s), MUST be presented in order to obtain the
requested service. It is your responsibility to properly package and send any defective products
along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid
return address to the authorized service center at your expense. Do not include any other items
or accessories with the defective product. Any products received by the authorized service
center that are not covered by warranty will be returned unrepaired.

What Is Not Covered by Warranty
Damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship and damages or
malfunctions from other than normal use, including but limited to, repair by unauthorized parties,
tampering, modification or accident.
This warranty covers products that fail to function properly UNDER NORMAL USAGE, due to
defects in material or workmanship. Your product will be repaired or replaced at no charge for
parts or labor for a period of one year.
This warranty covers the original consumer purchaser only and is not transferable.

Important: To avoid a complete discharge of the
battery, charge your neckbuds at least once every six
months.
--A charged battery will lose its capacity if it is not used
on a regular basis.
--Overcharging could reduce the life of the battery.
--Remove the charging cable once charging is complete.
--Charging can take approximately 2 hours to complete
when the battery is fully drained.
