Alert IR/RF Tag - P/N ALB00001
Users
The Alert IR/RF tag is designed for panic applications, where the user needs
immediate help.
Typical users are: tenants of old-age homes, staff in psychiatric wards, etc.
Attachment
The Alert IR/RF tag is a key-ring device worn either attached to clothes or
hung on a string or chain around the neck.
IR Transmission
Infra-red signals are transmitted from the sides and lower section of the badge.
This configuration improves the ‘visibility’ of the badge to the RDR.
Operation
In general, the badge performance is similar to that of the other IR/RF badges.
The button on the badge is large and easy to press.
