It is normal that your wireless device gets hot when you use it.

1.2 Consists of SER-8189
- Clean your device with a piece of damp and soft antistatic cloth.

Part 1. Getting to know the SER-8189

Slide open the battery compartment door by firmly pressing in the direction
of the arrows.

the gold contact points in the battery compartment. Then press down gently
until the battery is seated.
Part 2. Setting up the SER-8189
2.1 Charging the battery
1. The battery compartment is located on the bottom of the device.
3. Replace the battery cover and slide it closed while pressing gently until it
locks into place.
4. Connect the micro USB end of the AC-DC adapter to the micro USB port Warning

2.4 Using a LAN cable (RJ45)
Part 3. Using the SER-8189
If you want to connect to RJ45 LAN cable to the SER-8189, plug the cable 3.1 Connecting the SER-8189

The last 4 digits, ‘XXXX’ of the SSID is the endemic numbers or combination of
numbers and letters. You can find this unique SSID of your SER‐8189 on the label
attached in the back side of the SER‐8189.
3. Click Connect
4. Open your computer web browser and enter http://10.10.10.254 into the
address window and press the Enter key.
3.2 Opening the Browser Interface
1. Open your Web browser and enter http://10.10.10.254/ into the address Type the administrative ID and password into the Login box and click ok.

3.3 Device Activation (Windows)
If your device has not been activated at time of purchase, you must activate
