2. Using Memory Card as Storage
If you want to send music, pictures or other files to the
phone’s memory card from the computer you should
set the memory card as a storage device:
• To set memory card as storage:
1. Connect the phone to the computer with the USB
cable. The notification icon will appear in the status
box.
2. Use USB mobile transmission line while connected to
the computer.
3. In the notification panel, touch USB, to connect it
and then touch the option “USB connected as a media
device.”

• Notice: Depending on the PC operating system, use
the storage.
1. Windows 8.0 and Windows 7: can be used directly.
2. Install wpdmtp.inf driver
3. Mac IOS: Connect and it will appear via USB as USB
drive on the desktop.
3. Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi provides as far as 300 feet or 100M range of
wireless network access. If you want to connect your
cellphone by Wi-Fi, you should connect to the nearest
wireless access point or hotspot.
• Notices: The availability and coverage of the Wi-Fi
signal depends on the number, infrastructure and other
devices connected to the signal.
Open Wi-fi and to connect to the wireless network do
the following:
1. Press Home>Menu. Then touch Settings>Wi-Fi and
Internet.
2. Select the Wi-Fi box to open Wi-Fi. The phone will
automatically scan for available wireless networks.
3. Touch Wi-Fi settings. A list of Wi-Fi networks will
appear, showing the founded network name and
security settings.
(Open network or WEP WPA/WPA2 with password).
• Notice: To save the network there is no need to reenter the corresponding password when connecting to
the previously encrypted wireless network. Wi-Fi will
search automatically for you. You don´t need to perform
additional steps to connect to the Wi-Fi networks.
If you enable the notification in Wi-Fi settings, the
status box will show this icon
, when open available
wireless networks are found.
Unless you choose not to save the network with
password, otherwise, there is no need to re-enter the
corresponding password when next time connecting to
the previously encrypted wireless network.
4. Choose one of the Wi-Fi choices to connect to the
network. When you choose open network, the phone
will connect to it automatically. If you choose WEP WPA/
WPA2 with password, you should type the password
first, then touch to connect it.
• Connect to other Wi-Fi networks
• Notices: when the phone is connected to the wireless
network, the status box will show this Wi-Fi icon
and the approximate signal strength (the number of lit
bars). When the connected network is touched it will
display the name of the Wi-Fi network, status, speed,
signal, strength, security, information and IP address.
If you want to delete the wireless settings, please touch
“Forget”, as shown in the picture. If you want to connect
to this network, you should re-enter these settings.
1. In the interface of wireless and network, touch Wi-Fi
settings. The founded Wi-Fi networks will show on the
Wi-Fi network list.
2. Touch other Wi-Fi networks to connect to a new
network.
• Notices: in addition, your mobile phone can also
surf the Internet by GPRS. The current SIM card GPRS
opens after the default Operating System. Users can
manually choose to open data connection. When using
the single card, drop down the status bar, touch “Data
Connection” . Choose Settings>SIM card>Cellular
Data>select SIM1 or SIM2, touch drop-down “Data
Connection” of the status bar in the current selected
SIM card data connection, and then touch “Data
Connection”. Close this SIM card data connection.
4. Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth or set the phone so it can be
detected.
1. Press Home>Menu, then go to “Settings”.
2. Touch “Wireless and Internet”, then choose
“Bluetooth” to open the Bluetooth function. The
status box will show this icon
. Touch “Scan for
Devices”for it to start scaning for devices located
within range.
3. If you touch “Bluetooth settings”, all the devices
founded will display in the list under the icon.
(Your bluetooth device is set open and visible to any
nearby equipment. Any equipment that has bluetooth
activated can search for your bluetooth and attempt
matching).
After a paired devices, the system will show the paired
device and other equipment available.
• Pairing and connection of Bluetooth headset:
1. Press Home>Menu, then touch “Settings”.
2. Touch Wireless and Internet>Bluetooth settings,
then select the Bluetooth box. Your phone will scan
for the Bluetooth devices within range and show the
founded devices in the list under the icon.
• Tips:
a. If the device can’t find your equipment, touch
“Scanning Equipment” to re-scan it.
b. Make sure that the devices you’re searching for are
under the detectable mode.
c. Touch headset in the equipment list to finish the
connection.
Notice: Only on pairing
needed between two
devices. Once connected,
there is no need to
identify partnership or
exchange of information.
If you already connect
one headset and want
to connect a second
one, the first one will be
disconnected. If you want
to switch to the first one,
you should reselect it
manually in the Bluetooth
equipment list.
• Notices: generally, Bluetooth devices need a password
to be paired. 0000 is often used as the default password.
• The pairing and connecting status will show under the
headset in the Bluetooth device list. When the status
box shows this icon
it means you’re connected. Now
you can use the headset to make or receive calls.
• End Bluetooth Connection
1. Press Home>Menu>Settings>Wireless and
Internet>Bluetooth settings.
2. In the list of Bluetooth equipment, tap and hold the
connected hand-free headset.
3. Press and select “cancel the pairing”.
• Bluetooth proximity sensor
After pairing the two devices, you can test it to see
if the signal is strong or weak by using the Bluetooth
proximity sensor device.
5. Mail
5.1 Gmail
• Create an electronic mail account. Select
Mail>Settings. You can activate or edit your existing
e-mail accounts as well as create a new e-mail
account.
a. Select a mail for the Google account settings
interface to appear. Then touch Next Step>Create
Account> and enter name, last name and e-mail
account.
b. Google servers determine whether the name can
be used; if so, a new interface appears prompting
the entering of the password, then they will judge
the password’ security. Users who don’t meet the
requirements need to re-enter the password.
c. After successfully registering a new Gmail account,
a messenge will be sent automatically to your account
for testing.
• Loading mail account
a. Open Gmail, skip introduction and go to
Screen>Interface appearance>Load.
b. Enter name, password then press load.
E-mail account initialization, prompting “Login
successful”. All Google accounts will be synchronized.

• Creating and sending mails
To create a new mail select Mail > Create mail. Enter
the address (recipient), theme and contents. By
pressing Menu you could ‘append “Add Cc/Bcc”. Select
send or discard.
• Receive mails
There is a tone for new mails.
The status box will show this button
. Press
Menu>Refresh and update the number of the unread
mails in a proper way.
• Delete mails
When loading a mail account (if you want to delete
it) you need to restore factory settings. When loading
a second one you should press the menu button to
delete it.
• Notices: many functions depend on your Gmail
Account. For example Electronic Market, Google Talk,
Sync Contact and Calendar.
5.2 E-mail
• Load E-mail
a. Open network connection.
b. When setting the account interface, input the
correct e-mail address and password and click next. The
mobile phone will automatically complete the sending
and archive your server settings.
• Create and send E-mail
To create a mail, select Mail>Create mail. Enter the
address (recipient), theme and contents. Press Menu
to ‘append’ “Add Cc/Bcc”. Select send, discard or save
as draft.

• Check the E-mail Files.
• Click the inbox to the
left of the small buttons.
All the folder options will
be listed.
6. Dialing
When the icon of the internet server appears in the
screen, you should be able to dial or receive calls. The
signal bar on the top right corner shows the strength
of the network signal.
• Start dialing
Open application’s Main Menu>Dial >dial using the
keyboard. You can choose between SIM1 or SIM2 to
do the dialing.
• Dialing
At the dialing keyboard, enter the phone number and
then click the dialing key. After that, choose between
SIM card or internet call. If you need to call the
extension, you could click the “dial pad” in the bottom
of the screen to open the interface or press menu key
to select “delay 2 seconds” and then enter the number
of the extension.
You can also use the dial-up keyboard input number.
Click Menu and choose dial-up or speed dial.
• Video call
Video call usually uses the Internet and mobile Internet
(3G Internet). You must have 3G to support this
function. Enter the input number and then click video
dial-up. Both mobile phones should be able to use the
camera for video calls to achieve a sucessfull video call.
• Telephone calls in the call log
Every telephone number called and received in“SIM1”
or “SIM2”will be archieved in the phone’s call log
menu. Every call archieved recently will show“SIM1”
or “SIM2”.
All numbers in the call log can be dialed by clicking the
button “Dial” on the right side of the screen.
Click on a number from the list to show details. Press it
for a long time to choose dialing via “SIM1” or “SIM 2”.
Additionally, you can edit, delete, save the number or
do other operations.
• Receive calls
When you have an incoming call, an icon will appear
on the top left corner of the screen, showing to which
SIM card it belongs. Press “Answer”and slide to the
right until you reach the middle of the screen, to
accept the incoming call.

• Refuse to answer the phone
When you have an incoming call, hold down the
“Refuse” button and slide it to the left to decline a call.
When you have a telephone call coming in, hold down
the “Refuse” button sliding it upwards to message that
contact. Choose reject content and the other phone
will receive the corresponding text messages.
• Proximity sensor
• According to the distance between the phone and
the human body, the backlight switch will adjust
automatically.
• During the call, keep the phone close to the ear. This
way the backlight will turn off automatically, which
will save batteries and prevent inadvertently touching.
• Two-way call/multiparty call (conference call).
• Notice: this function needs the SIM card opened in
multiparty call features.
1. A previous call already exist in the phone.
2. Click “Add calls” to dial another caller or receive
another phone call. Default open ”Waiting Call”
settings>Dialing Settings–Other Dialing Settings.
• Telephone recording
During the call choose More>Start Recording. You can
now record the dialog of the call.
1. Settings>set other functions of the call in the dialing
settings, for example: Call Transfer– after all the
settings are finished and turned on you could transfer
the call to a certain number.
2. In Settings>Dialing Settingss–Other Dialing Settings.
Open “Waiting Call”. After turned ON, you can
receive another call when one is already in course. The
answering and rejecting functions are just like any
other phone.

1. Voice Mail: You can set a voicemail number to access
your voice mailbox.
2. IP Prefix Number: Set the different SIM cards IP
prefix numbers.
3. Call Forwarding: Can be set respectively to any SIM
card, the line is busy and you cannot receive the call.
Archives the contact info so you can forward the calls
later.
4. Call Barring: You can set different call restrictions to
each respective SIM card.

2. In the interface choose “Edit”.
a. Click the “recipient” box to start input method. You
can also click “enter” to start input method and enter
the characters manually.
b. Click the button “send from SIM1 or SIM2” to start
sending.
c. With the receiver and the input fields already filled,
click the send button to send the message.
• Send MMS to a certain phone number
When creating the message it is defaulted as SMS. It
will be turned to MMS after the following operations
are done. You can send MMS via clicking “Send” after
editing.
1. In the “Writing” screen, press the Menu button, click
“add theme”. It is automatically inserted into the MMS
message.
2. Choose the “Write” option and the “plus” icon on
the left to insert an attachment. After all this steps the
message will be automatically converted into a MMS.
• Other Settings
1. Pre-Fixed dialing numbers.
2. Minute Reminder: Turn ON an every minute
reminder at 50s of every minute.
3. Quick Response: Allows you to edit the text
messages rejected by the information when content.
7. Messaging
• Important: Messages with blue background are those
received, and messages with white background are
those sent.
• Send SMS to a certain phone number
1. Press Home>Messaging. Choose “New Message”.

• Send messages to multiple numbers
Enter multiple numbers in the recipient box. Each
number must be separated by a comma.
Click the “plus” icon on the right side of the header.
Here you can choose any contact from your address
book.

• Notice: The network can only support up to 100
recipients.
Notice:
a. If you want to send MMS with many pages, you should
select “append PPT” in the “append” interface.
b. You can append 10 pictures, with the form of GIF, JPEG.
c. Click “adding themes”. The box of “theme” will appear
under the box of “recipient”; meanwhile it is turned to MMS
automatically.

8. Contacts

The default display in your mobile shows phone contacts
and SIM card contacts sorted by PIN initials.

Select save contacts to phone or SIM card, in the
contact editing interface.
You can edit the contact header, name, telephone
number, group and more. When you’re done press
“finish”.

You can choose to display all
contact, the ones located in the
SIM card or only those saved
in the mobile phone.
• In the contact interface, click on the Menu button.
c. Menu >Import/Export
You can save a copy of your
contacts on the SIM or SD card.
Archieve contact information of
the copy of each other. First choose
“copy source” and then select
“copy contact to”.
d. Menu > Groups
Click the “group” icon to create a new group.

In the “group name” column type the group name,
in the “type in the contact’s name” column type the
contact key word. Finally click “finish”.

2. Menu > Update
You can modify the group name, delete or add more
contacts to the group.
3. Menu > Delete
You can delete the group and you will not delete the
contact itself.
4. Menu > Sending message by group
Type a new message. All the contacts in the group will
appear as recipients in the address bar and will receive
the message.
f. Menu > Settings
It can be set to sort all contacts by name or name
format.
5. Menu > Sending e-mail by group
All the contacts from the group have the same e-mail
address. When you compose a new mail, choose this
e-mail address, as the recipient.
g. Menu > Share visible contacts
All contacts can be imported
into the SD card, or through
Bluetooth, e-mail, text message
or MMS share.
e. Menu > Accounts
Account synchronization routine. In “Settings” you
can choose between background data or automatic
synchronization.

9. Internet Explorer
1. In the browser screen, touch the address bar.
2. Using the keyboard type the web address. At the
same time you are typing, a list of web addresses will
appear on the screen. You can choose one of the URLS
shown or continue to enter the URL.

Browse the pages in the form of PC.
j. Menu > Bookmarks/History
Switch to bookmarks/history/save the web interface.

Browser contains a variety of settings.

a. Menu > Refresh
Refresh the current browsing web pages.
b. Menu > Stop
Stop the current loading state of a web page.
c. Menu > Home
If you don’t have a setting, you will use the site’s
preset. The default home page is the navigation page.
d. Menu > Save to Bookmarks
It will save the address of the current window as a
bookmark. Click Bookmark> List of Bookmarks. Choose
a bookmark to open the URL.
e. Menu > Close
Exit the browser or minimize the browser.
f. Menu > Save for offine reading
Automatically save the current page and content, in
order to browse next time.
g. Menu > Share page
Select from Bluetooth, e-mail, SMS or other way to
share the current web page.

4. Advanced, includes web browsing, page adjustment,
plug-in enabling, and other functions.
5. Bandwidth Management, switch whether to load
the picture when loading the page.
6. Lab, includes fast opening control and full screen
display function.

10. Recorder
The recorder can record voice and send it quickly via
Bluetooth or MMS, as well as make it a ringtone.
• Notices: recorder can only save the audio files in AMR
format.
1. Click the recorder application.
2. Keep the phone’s microphone near the voice source.
3. Click “Record” to record voice ,and click “Stop” or
open recording list.
All recordings are saved in the recordings folder in the
default music program.
• Alarm
After you finish editing clock functions, an option to
add alarms will be visible. You can choose the type of
alert you want, between ringing or vibrating mode.
Press Menu to add a new alarm; you can also add it
from the adding interface. Set the alarm according to
your needs. In the alarm interface, three closed alarms
will be shown. You can activate or desactivate the
alarms.
• Edit
You can change several settings of previously set
alarms, like: time, ringing tone, vibration and repeat
mode.

This function can turn your phone into a calculator. It
can manage simple calculations.
• Touch the number keys to make them appear in the
blank box. In the interface of the calculator, press the
Menu button or hold down the screen to the left for
then the principal panel to appear.

13. Camera
13.1 Camera
• Prior preparation
Install memory card before using the camera or video
camera. All photos or videos taken/recorded by the
phone will be stored in the memory card.
• Open camera
Press Home>Menu>Camera. Take pictures.
1. Aim your object with the screen.
2. Touch the “shutter” button on the screen.
3. After taking photos they will be saved in the
camera’s galley folder.
4. You can view the photos by touching the preview
box button.
5. Camera settings:
Under camera viewfinder mode, press Menu to switch
between the video or photos’ gallery.
On the top right corner of the camera viewfinder
mode, the preview of the previous picture will be
displayed. Touch the preview box. The photo will
display on full screen and you can enlarge it to view
details.

1. Flash mode: Auto, On, Off.
2. GPS location info: On/Off.
3. Exposure: -3, -2, -1, 0, +1, +2, +3
4. Color effect: Nono, Mono, Sepia, Negative, Aqua,
Blackboard, Whiteboard.
5. Scene mode: Auto, Night, Sunset, Party, Portrait,
Landscape, Night portrait, Theatre, Beach, Snow,
Steady Photo, Fireworks, Sport, Candle light.
6. White balance: Auto, Incandescent, Daylight,
Fluorescent, Cloudy, Twilight, Shade, Warm fluorescent.
7. Image properties: Low - Medium - High.
8. Anti-flicker: Auto Off 50Hz - 60Hz.

1. Capture mode: Normal, Live photo, Motion track,
Face beauty, Panorama, HDR, Multi angle view.
2. Zero shutter delay: On/Off.
3. Voice capture: ON---Capture and cheese, OFF
4. Face detection: On/Off.
5. Self timer: Off, 2 seconds, 10 seconds.
6. Auto scene detection: On/Off.
7. Continuous shot: 40 shots, 90 shots.
8. Picture size: QVGA, VGA, 1M pixeles, 1.3M pixeles,
2M pixeles, 3M pixeles, 5M pixeles 8M pixeles.
9. Preview size: Full screen standard (4:3).
10. ISO: ON, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600.
13.2 Video camera
• Prior preparation
Install memory card before using the camera or video
camera. All photos or videos taken by the phone will
be stored in the memory card.

display on full screen. Press the play button to view it.

4. Audio mode: meeting, normal, etc.
5. Time lapse interval: off1s, 1, 1.5s, 2s, 2.5s, 3s, 5s, 10s.
6. Video quality: low, medium, high.
14. Images
• Open images
Press Home. Touch the applications label and then
touch “Photo Gallery”.
In the interface of the camera, press the menu to open
it and then touch to operate.
• Take video
Press Home>Menu>Camera. Switch to video mode.
1. Aim your subject with the screen.
2. Directly on the screen touch the shutter button.
3. After the shooting, the video automatically takes a
file name and it’s saved to the gallery in the default
camera photo folder.
4. On the top right-hand corner of the photo viewing

• Gallery Interface
a. In the gallery main interface, press the button on the
upper right corner to switch to the camera application.
b. The folder in the gallery main interface will display
the thumbnail, the folder name and the number of
embedded files.
c. Use the Bluetooth to send images; under the list of
Bluetooth, choose paired Bluetooth devices. Select a
picture to be sent via Bluetooth.
• See photo
In the image folder, slide through the screen to go
forward or backwards while you view the photos.
• Files Interface
• Edit pictures
a. In the library interface, the play button is located
in the upper right corner. Click on it for all images to
display in a slide presentation.
b. Click on the images, enter the picture to see
interface.
c. Choose an image file by long pressing on it. A popup corresponding to the operation will appear.
a. Color effects: clone stamping, restore ancient
pictures, black and white, drift in addition to silver
shadows, instantaneous, latte, blue, edition print,
negative impact.
b. Clip: straight, pruning, rotate, mirror.
c. Editor brightness: automatically adjust color,
exposure, halation, contrast, shadow, nature
saturation, sharpness, curves, hue saturation, black and
white filter.
• Sharing Photos
Choose the most suitable method to share your images
or photos. Sharing methods include bluetooth, e-mail,
and MMS.
• Check pictures
In the photo view interface go forward or backwards
through the photos. Pick a photo and choose “Edit
Photo”.
a. Edit light: Fill Light, Highlights, Shadows, Auto-Fix.
b. Edit image effects: Cross-process, Posterize, Lomo,
Documentary and so on.
c. Color Effects: Warmth, Saturation, B&W, Sepia,
Negative, Tint, Duo-tone, Doodle.
d. Crop: Crop, Red Eye, Straighten, Rotate, Flip,
Sharpen.
a. Use e-mail to send pictures: choose Gmail or E-mail.
Pictures will be automatically attached to the mail.
Insert your information and click send.
b. Use MMS to send pictures: select images you want to
send. They will be automatically attached to the MMS.
Insert your information and click send.

Your music files are classified according to the
following categories: Artists, Albums, Songs and
Playlists. Choose one of these to view the list inside.
Choose the reproduction mode: playback, looping,
random play or lined up to play, etc. The progress bar
at the bottom can control the broadcast schedule, and
shows the queue that also allows you to fast forward
or fast rewind, and so on.
Continue the operation until your wanted song
appears. So if you choose Artists, a list of artists sorted
by name will appear. Choose any to listen. Then all
their albums and songs will appear sorted. Select one
album for the songs in it to be played.
In the photo album or list, press and hold down the
picture towards the left to view the next picture, or
towards right to view the previous one.

The phone can play digital audio files straight from
the memory card. The music player accepts the

2. If you want to delete a playlist, please hold the
playlist and then choose delete.
3. If you want to rearrange the songs in the song list or
remove a song, please hold the playlist, then touch the
option “Menu Editor”.
4. To delete songs from a playlist, please hold down the
songs, and then touch “remove from playlist”.
5. If you want to rename playlists, please hold the
playlist, then touch the options menu to rename. Enter
the new playlist name and then touch save.
6. If you want to set a song as your ringtone, touch
Menu > set as ringtone. The song will be set as your
default ringtone.

Enter the calendar program, use color white to
highlight the important dates on the calendar.

1. Open the music library on any of the categories.
2. While in the playlist, you can hold the screen up and
browse through the song list to add new songs to the

options Menu > add to playlist.
