Bell Push l) The bell push can be mounted on or near the front door With the screws provided. A security screw is supplied to prevent unwanted removal of the bell push after it is inset ed in the mount; 2) The bell push is operated by a 9V alkaline batteryr To replace battery simply remove security screw at the base of the bell push, and remove the unit from the mount (Remember to remove bell push from the bottom first)‘ Then remove battery cover from the back of the bell push. * IMPORTANT: Ensure that the bell push has the same channel pre-selected as that of the door chime unit. The selectors can be found at the back of each bell push, located at the left hand side, in the form of four rows of jumpers, after the battery cover is removed. Door Chime Unit 1) Remove battery cover from the front of the door chime unit and insert 3 ‘C' size alkaline batteries; 2) Ensure that the door chime unit has the same channel selected as that on the bell push.
