H ow to put on your A ctiPed on your footwear ?T here are two important things to remember when putting on yourActiPed.1. It must be located on the top of your shoe between your toes andthe front of your ankle.2. It must be snug to your shoe and not loose where it can move orflop around.For sneakers or shoes with laces, slide the ActiPed clip underneath 2or 3 lace crossings and place the ActiPedTMnear the top middle ofyour shoe. For shoes without laces, slide the clip underneath a strap,the tongue or anyplace that is on top of the shoe that the clip cansnugly grip to.W hat does the A ctiPed collect for your activity?T he ActiPedTMcollects activity data as steps, activity time, caloriesburned and distance traveled. It measures activity data for your runsteps, walk steps or moving around.It does not work for all types of activities, the ones primarily whereyour foot isn’ t hitting the ground in a manner that could be considereda verifiable foot strike.
