Fluke 113 Utility Multimeter The New Fluke 113 True-rms Utility Multimeter designed for basic electrical tests Use the new 113 Utility Multimeter to check and test most electrical problems. This meter is simple-to-use and has significant improvements over Fluke’s original 7-600. LoZ low input impedance eliminates errors due to ghost voltage.
