Fluke 20, 70, 80, 170, 180 및 280 시리즈 DMM 제품은 제품 수명 동안 재료 및 세공에 있어서 하자가 없음을 보증합니다. 여기서
사용되는 “수명 동안” 이라 함은 Fluke의 본 제품 생산이 중단된 후 7년을 의미합니다. 그러나 보증 기간은 구입일로 부터 최소한
10년 이상이 됩니다. 이 품질 보증은 퓨즈, 일회용 배터리, 그리고 제품의 사양에 맞지않는 사용으로 인해 발생한 고장이나
정상적인 기계 부품의 마모 등을 포함해서, 무지, 오용, 오염, 개조, 사고 또는 비정상적인 작업이나 취급 환경 때문에 생긴
손상에 대해서는 적용되지 않습니다. 이 품질 보증은 원 구매자에 대해서만 적용되며 타인에게 이전할 수 없습니다.
또한 구입일로부터 10년 동안 LCD에 대해서도 품질이 보증됩니다. 그 기간이 지나면 DMM의 제품 수명 동안 당시의 부품
가격에 따른 별도 요금을 받고 LCD를 교체합니다.
원래 소유권을 설정하고 구입일을 증명하려면, 제품과 함께 제공된 등록 카드를 기입하여 보내 주시거나 http://www.fluke.com에
제품을 등록하여 주시기바랍니다. Fluke는 인증된 Fluke 판매처를 통해 합당한 가격으로 구입한 제품에 결함이 생긴 경우, 자체
판단 하에 무상 수리, 교체, 또는 환불해 드립니다. Fluke는 제품을 구입한 국가가 아닌 다른 국가에서 수리를 받는 경우,
수리/교체 부품의 통관 비용을 청구할 권한을 갖습니다.
제품에 결함이 있다면 가까운 Fluke 서비스 센터에 연락하여 인증 정보를 받은 다음, 문제점에 대한 설명과 함께 해당 서비스
센터로 제품을 보내시기 바랍니다. 이 때 우송료 및 보험료를 사용자가 선불(본선 인도 방식)해야 합니다. Fluke는 운송시
발생하는 손상에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 품질 보증에 따라 수리 또는 교체한 제품을 고객에게 돌려보낼 때의 운송비는
Fluke가 부담합니다. 품질 보증이 적용되지 않는 수리를 하는 경우, Fluke는 비용에 대한 견적을 내고 고객의 인증을 받은 다음,
수리와 반송 비용을 고객에게 청구합니다.
이러한 보증 이외에는 어떠한 배상도 받을 수 없습니다. 특정 목적에 대한 적합성과 같은 여타의 명시적, 암시적 보증은 하지
않습니다. FLUKE 는 데이터 손실을 포함한 특별한, 간접적, 부수적 또는 결과적인 손상이나 손실에 대해서는 그것이 어떠한
원인이나 이론에 기인하여 발생하였든 책임을 지지 않습니다. 인증된 대리점은 어떠한 보증도 FLUKE 를 대신하여 추가로
