Operation Condition
For printing using an USB Interface Board, the following is necessary:
- Personal computer or portable computer conforming to USB
- OS Windows%

Installing the USB Interface Board
1. Verify that the printer power switch is set to the 0 side before installing
the USB Interface Board.
2, To prevent the USB Interface Board from being destroyed by static
electricity, observe the following:
- Take out the USB Interface Board from the bag immediately before
installing it on the printer
Touch 3 piece of grounded metal (eg a locker) to discharge static
electricity from your body before touching the USB Interface Board
- Do not touch the electric circuit parts and wiring of the USB interface
Board. Hold the USB Interface Board by its edge.
