Congratulations! You are the proud owner of a Gemmy LED Light Rod
Christmas Tree. Please read over the directions carefully before using your
LED Light Rod Christmas Tree.
CAUTION
WARNING
CAUTION: D
 O NOT place children, animals or other objects inside or
on your LED Light Rod Christmas Tree.
CAUTION: Do not attempt to assemble or operate your LED Light Rod
Christmas Tree during unusually strong winds. If it becomes
too windy for safe operation, please disassemble your LED
Light Rod Christmas Tree and bring indoors until conditions
improve.
CAUTION: Operation of your LED Light Rod Christmas Tree during extreme weather conditions is not recommended.
SAFETY WARNING: Remove all plastic fasteners and tags. These are part of
the packaging and should be discarded.
This item is not a toy and should be used for decorative purposes only.

When using electrical products, basic precautions should always be practiced including the following:

INSTRUCTIONS
1. R
 ead and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with
the product.
2. F or a cord-connected or direct plug-in power unit, do not use an extension cord.
3. R
 eference the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, specifically for
the installation of wiring and clearances from power and lighting conductors.
4. Installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qualified person(s)
in accordance with all applicable codes and standards, including firerated construction.
5. F or a cord-connected or direct plug-in power unit, do not install or use
within 10 feet of a pool.
6. F or a cord-connected or direct plug-in unit, do not use in a bathroom.
7. W
 ARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. When used outdoors, install only to a
covered Class A GFCI protected receptacle that is weatherproof with the
power unit connected to the receptacle. If one is not provided, contact a
qualified electrician for proper installation. Ensure that the power unit and
cord do not interfere with completely closing the receptacle cover.
8. W
 ARNING: Risk of Fire. Installation involves special wiring methods to
run wiring through a building structure. Consult a qualified electrician.
9. A
 dults Note: Periodically examine this product for damage to the cord,
housing or other parts that may result in the risk of fire, electric shock or
injury. If the product is damaged, do not use it.

1. This is not a toy, keep away from children.
2. If the supply cord or wires are damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Assembly Time: Approximate 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS
1. R
 emove contents from packaging. Lay out in a clear and
flat area.
2. A
 ttach each of the poles to the upper section poles by
aligning the pins, insert and turn clock-wise to tighten. The
legs will not make proper contact unless they are inserted
correctly. (see photo 1).
3. O
 nce all poles are securely attached, gently hold Tree upright and off the ground. With one hand in-between all the
poles, simply expand your hand and the poles will extend
outward (see Photo#2) Set down.
4. Secure each rod using the Stakes. (See photo #3)

5. P
 lace the power cord into the cord holders, located on the
post. This will secure the cord in place prior to connecting
to the AC Adapter. (See photo #4)
6. A
 ttach the adapter to the cord as shown. (See photo #5)
Then plug the UL Listed Adapter into a standard wall outlet
or a UL-approved outdoor extension cord.

DISASSEMBLY
1. R
 emove stakes from ground.
2. L ift up on tree rod and place back in its original box.

1. The power source is disabled.
2. The Power Cord may be unplugged.
3. The Poles are not assembled securely.

 e recommend that you turn off while unattended. Under normal conditions, extended use beyond 8 hours will not damage your LED Light Rod

mild detergent if necessary.
