GlideTVwarrantsthatyourGlideTVhardwareproductshallbefree
fromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforthelengthoftime
setforthinthewarrantyperiodsbelow,beginningfromthedate
ofpurchase.Excepttotheextentprohibitedbyapplicablelaw,any
impliedwarrantyorconditionofmerchantabilityortnessfora
particularpurposeonthishardwareproductis”with“anyimplied
warrantyorconditionofmerchantabilityortnessforaparticular
purposeonthishardwareproductaredisclaimedunlessprohibited
byapplicablelaw,inwhicheventtheyare.
Remedies
GlideTV’sentireliabilityandyourexclusiveremedyforanybreach
ofwarrantyshallbe,atGlideTV’soption,(1)torepairorreplacethe
hardware,or(2)torefundthepricepaid,providedthatthehardware
isreturnedtothepointofpurchaseorsuchotherplaceasGlideTV
maydirectwithacopyofthesalesreceiptordateditemizedreceipt.
Shippingandhandlingchargesmayapplyexceptwhereprohibited
byapplicablelaw.GlideTVmay,atitsoption,useneworrefurbished
orusedpartsingoodworkingconditiontorepairorreplaceany
hardwareproduct.Anyreplacementhardwareproductwillbe
warrantedfortheremainderoftheoriginalwarrantyperiodorthirty
(30)days,whicheverislongerorforanyadditionalperiodoftime
thatmaybeapplicableinyourjurisdiction.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverproblemsordamageresultingfrom(1)
accident,abuse,misapplication,oranyunauthorizedrepair,modi-
cationordisassembly;(2)improperoperationormaintenance,
usagenotinaccordancewithproductinstructionsorconnection
toimpropervoltagesupply;or(3)useofconsumables,suchas
replacementbatteries,notsuppliedbyGlideTVexceptwheresuch
restrictionisprohibitedbyapplicablelaw.

purchasedyourproductfordetails.Warrantyclaimsthatcannotbe
