LIMITED WARRANTY IS GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED
UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE PRODUCT
PURCHASE TOOK PLACE.
This limited warranty is provided to you by Active Mind Technology,
Inc. and/or its afliated entities (“AMT”). AMT warrants the hardware
in this AMT product against defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use for the Warranty Period, which begins on the date
of purchase by the original end-user purchaser and lasts for the
period specied below:
• Twelve (12) months for new product
• Ninety (90) days for refurbished product
If you discover within the Warranty Period a defect in material or
workmanship, you must promptly notify AMT in writing. In no event
shall such notication be received by AMT later than 15 days after
the expiration of the Warranty Period.
Your exclusive remedy and AMT’s entire liability under this limited
warranty will be for AMT, at its option, to (a) repair the product with
new or refurbished parts, (b) replace the product with a reasonably
available equivalent new or refurbished AMT product, (c) refund
the actual purchase price of the product less any rebates and
discounts, or (d) pay the cost of repair of the product. Any repaired
or replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the
original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. All
products and parts that are replaced become the property of AMT.
EXclusioNs aNd liMitatioNs
In the United States, this limited warranty extends only to products
purchased from AMT or an AMT authorized reseller. This limited
warranty does not apply if: (a) the product assembly seal has
been removed or damaged, (b) the product has been altered or
modied, except by AMT, (c) the product damage was caused by
use with non-AMT products, (d) the product has not been installed,
operated, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied
by AMT, (e) the product has been subjected to abnormal physical
or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident, (f) a repair
has been attempted by anyone other than a facility authorized by
AMT to repair the product, (g) the serial number on the product has
been altered, defaced, or removed, or (h) the product is supplied or
licensed for beta, evaluation, testing or demonstration purposes for
which AMT does not charge a purchase price or license fee.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
ALL SOFTWARE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY AMT WITH THE
PRODUCT, INCLUDING SOFTWARE THAT IS FACTORY LOADED
ON THE PRODUCT, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND. Without limiting the foregoing, AMT does not warrant
that the operation of the product, software or services will be
uninterrupted or error free. Also, due to the continual development
of new techniques for intruding upon and attacking networks, AMT
does not warrant that the product, software or services, or any
equipment, system or network on which the product, software or
services are used will be free of vulnerability to intrusion or attack.
The product may include or be bundled with third party software or
service offerings. This limited warranty shall not apply to such third
party software or service offerings. This limited warranty does not
guarantee any continued availability of a third party’s service for
which this product’s use or operation may require.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL
IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY,
SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY
PERIOD. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS,
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT,
ARE DISCLAIMED.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO
EVENT WILL AMT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED DATA
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DATA ERASED BY AMT
IN CONNECTION WITH THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A
PRODUCT), REVENUE OR PROFIT, LOSS OF THE ABILITY TO
USE ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES,
OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF
LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT,
SOFTWARE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED IN RESPECT OF
SUCH PRODUCT, SOFTWARE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF AMT HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO
THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO
EVENT WILL AMT’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID
BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IF YOU LIVE IN THE EUROPEAN
UNION, REFERENCES IN THIS SECTION TO “SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL LOSSES” SHALL MEAN ANY
LOSSES WHICH (i) WERE NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE BY
BOTH PARTIES, AND/OR (ii) WERE KNOWN TO YOU BUT NOT TO
US AND/OR (iii) WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE BY BOTH
PARTIES BUT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED BY YOU SUCH AS,
FOR EXAMPLE (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION), LOSSES CAUSED
BY VIRUSES, TROJANS OR OTHER MALICIOUS PROGRAMS, OR
LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO YOUR DATA. The foregoing limitations
will apply even if any warranty or remedy provided under this limited
warranty fails of its essential purpose.
Any action for breach of warranty must be commenced within three
months after the expiration of the Warranty Period.
Unless modied in a writing signed by you and AMT, this limited
warranty is understood to be the complete and exclusive agreement
between you and AMT, superseding all prior agreements, oral or
written, and all other communications between you and AMT relating
to the subject matter of this limited warranty. No AMT employee,
agent or reseller is authorized to make any verbal or written
modication, extension or addition to this limited warranty, and AMT
expressly disclaims any such change to this limited warranty. If any
portion of this limited warranty is found to be void or unenforceable,
its remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This limited warranty allocates the risks of product failure between
you and AMT. This allocation is recognized by you and AMT and is
reected in the price of the product.
oBtaiNiNG WarraNtY sErVicE
If you have a question about your product or experience a problem
with it, please go to www.gameyourgame.com/support where
you will nd a variety of online support tools and information to
assist you with your product. If the product proves defective during
the Warranty Period, then return the product to the point of sale
when possible or a location designated by AMT technical support.
Otherwise, contact AMT technical support for instructions on how to
obtain warranty service. The contact information for AMT technical
support in your area can be found by visiting www.gameyourgame.
com/support. Have your device ID number and proof of purchase on
hand when contacting AMT technical support. A DATED PROOF OF
ORIGINAL PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO PROCESS WARRANTY
CLAIMS. If you are requested to return your product, you will be
given a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. You are
responsible for properly packaging and shipping your product at
your own cost and risk, and you are responsible for all shipping and
handling charges, in addition to any applicable customs duties, VAT
or other associated taxes or charges when returning your product.
You must include the RMA number and a copy of your dated proof
of original purchase when returning your product. Products received
without a RMA number and dated proof of original purchase will
be rejected. Do not include any other items with the product you
are returning.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU BACK UP ALL OF YOUR DATA
ON THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO SENDING IT IN FOR REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT. AMT may, as part of the repair or replacement of
your product, delete all or part of your data, and AMT will accept no
responsibility for any deletion of your data under any circumstances.
Defective product covered by this limited warranty will be repaired
or replaced and returned to you without charge. AMT does not ship
replacement products to locations outside the country from which
the original product was purchased. Repairs or replacements not
covered under this limited warranty will be subject to charge at
AMT’s then-current rates.

There are some things you should know about your GAME GOLF
device, both for your safety and to avoid damaging your device.
• Do not wear or clean your GAME GOLF device while you are
charging it. Always unplug the device rst before cleaning the
GAME GOLF device.
• Do not expose your GAME GOLF device, or any device used to
charge it, to liquid, moisture, humidity, or rain while charging.
Exposure of the GAME GOLF device to moisture while charging
could result in damage to the electrical circuits.
• Do not excessively bend the clip on your GAME GOLF device.
Damage to the clip and electrical components, may result.
GaME GolF carE
• Use only a damp cloth or paper towel to clean your GAME GOLF
device. Do not spray wet cleaners directly onto the device to
clean your GAME GOLF device.
• Do not expose your GAME GOLF device to extremely high or
low temperatures.
• Do not bring your GAME GOLF device into contact with any
sharp objects. This could cause scratches and damage.
• Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble your GAME
GOLF device; it does not contain any user-serviceable
components and doing so will void the warranty.
• Use only the supplied USB cable to charge the GAME GOLF
device with USB compliant ports.
• If your GAME GOLF device becomes submerged in a liquid or
a liquid comes in contact with the device, turn the device off,
wipe any excess liquid from the surface of the device and place
the device in a dry area for 24 hours. In most cases the device
should power up and function properly once completely dried.
If the device does not power up after following these steps,
contact customer support if your warranty period is still active.
Product disPosal
Dispose of the GAME GOLF device, battery, and this packaging in
accordance with local regulations. Do not dispose of the battery with
regular household waste.

Carrying and Handling Model AMTGG1R: Model AMTGG1R
contains sensitive components. Do not drop, disassemble, open,

BattErY
Model AMTGG1R has an internal rechargeable battery. The
battery isn’t user replaceable and should only be replaced by
authorized Active Mind Technology Service Personnel.
Stop charging the battery if charging isn’t completed within the
specied time. Stop using the device if the battery becomes
abnormally hot, or shows signs of odor, discoloration, deformation,
or abnormal conditions is detected during use, charge, or storage.
BattErY WarNiNG
Your device contains a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery
which may present a risk of re or chemical burn if mistreated. Do
not charge or use the unit in a car or similar place where the inside
temperature may be over 60 deg C.
• Never throw the battery into a re, as that could cause the
battery to explode.
• Never short circuit the battery by bringing the terminals in
contact with another metal object. This could cause personal
injury, or re, and could also damage the battery
• Never dispose of used batteries with other ordinary solid wastes.
Batteries contain toxic substances.

écrite à la présente garantie limitée, et AMT rejette expressément
toute modication à la présente garantie limitée. Si une partie de
la présente garantie limitée est jugée nulle ou non exécutoire, les
dispositions restantes demeureront pleinement en vigueur.
La présente garantie limitée attribue les risques de défaillance du
produit entre vous et AMT. Cette attribution est reconnue par vous et
AMT et se reète dans le prix du produit.
