1. Remove the left 5 right side cheek pad irom helmet.
2. Take on the front buckles oi liner (tor settling right ear set).
3. To stick the Velcro on recess at left a right PU or EPS pad,
particularly to PU pad could strengthen adhesive iorce by
Cyanoacrylaies.
4. Put chin straps through cheek pad.
5. Put leii is right ear set in the cave on EPS or PU cheek pad
and set it with Velcro.
6. Adjust PCB antenna and turn the green side outward.(the
direction of antenna will influence intercom connecting
distance.)
7. Buckle the button of left cheek pad (Please check it the ear
set cable win be pressed by the button Deters buckle it That
might damage the ear set cable.)
8. Insert the locating plate of cheek pad into the gap between
EFS and rubber trim and settle the cheek pad.
9. Put the liner back on position.

2. Loosen the screws oi blue tooth case.
3. Take on the cover of ZLINK 2.0
4. Take the ZLINK 2.0 device out irom the case.

[Recharging]
Beiore using Z-Link, battery should be lully recharged, about 4
hours , for the 1st recharge. Alterwards, if any further battery
rechargeable, it takes only around 2 hours
Full battery power, the communication can reach 12 hrs and
stand by up to 300 hrs. (it depends on the usage condition and
environment).
Rechargeable way, pls kindly follow up the steps below:
1, Link the battery charger with Z-link 2.0 Mini USB,
2. When battery charger ls on, the Zsllnk Z 0 LED wlll show the
Constant Blue and Red flash till full recharge the battery, then
the LED will turn to Blue light and Red off. Pls switch 01 the
battery charger as the battery is iully recharged
NOTE: Inside of Z—llnk pack, a set at battery charger with mini
USB plug is contained.

Long press MFB button around 5 seconds, The speaker will
sound a beep and the blue LED will begin light up for around 1
second; then Z-link 2.0 will enter stand-by mode, the LED wlll
flash every 3 seconds.

Before proceeding pair segment, pls review carefully the pairing
operatlon tips in the user manual at cell phones Bluetooth and
re-check iicell phone did support the Bluetooth interface at HSP
(Handset Prone ) or HFP ( Hand Free Profile l-
1. Turn on the pluetooth mobile phone.
2. Turn on the palrlng oi Z-link: in the condition of power off
status, long press the MFBQ abouts seconds till the status
ornashing Red light at Blue light alternately. Then get into the
pairing with cell phone.
3. To operate the pair/ link prooess. pls rollovv up the user
manual or Bluetooth cell phone. However, upon the Bluetooth
cell phone enters to searching the Bluetooth device, will find
out [Z—llnk v2.0] in the list. Then pls input the password [0000]
and complete the pairing.
4. If the pair] link process is successiully. then the LED will turn
to sparkling Blue light.
NOTE: - If the pair l link process between cell phone 8t headset
is successful, its not necessary to pair again
alterwards, While turning on the Z-link again, pls
conilrm the mobile link correctly to Z-llnk.
— If the whole process over 2 minutes and Keep glittering
Red I Blue light, it means the Bluetooth pairing is not
successfully and it requires to repeat the steps or 1. 2.

Successive 2 short pressing on MFBvaill redial the last
call out number.
NOTE: The gap between 2 pressing cannot be too long.
4. (Initiating the voice dialing)
Suocessive 3 short pressing on MFB E) , voice dialing will be
activate, input voice signals to call. Z—link will beep While
calling.
NOTE: The gap between 3 pressing cannot be too long.
Mobile is required to support voice dialing runotion.
[Pairing or intercom mode]
Z-link 2.0 can be used as an intercom by pairing with another
Zvlink 2 0 device for the communication between rider and rider
or rider to passenger Before using Intercom system. blue tooth
devices must be paired. The steps of pairing as below:
1.Tum on 2 sets of Z-link 2.0 by long press on the MFBl
5 seconds, then will hear a sound of [beep] and LED WI | glitter
Blue light.
2. Press v+ and v-Gabout 5 seconds until LED glitter Red
and Blue g tto activate intercom paring mode.
3. Short press the MFBE) or any one or these 2 Z-link 2.0 device
to complete pairing. lf the palring ls successful, Z-llnk 2.0 will
sound 2 or3 reminder ring and these 2 devices can contact
with each other.
NOTE: - ll pairing is successful, the LED will be sparkling Blue
light.
- llr the process takes more than 2 minutes and the LED
is glittering Red and Blue, the pairing is tall, pls redothe
stpe 1. 2 and 3 until the devices matched.
- Once the devices have been paired. it‘s not necessary
to proceed pairing again afterward unless users want to
palr with another Zsllnk 2.0. The palnng memory will be
activate as the devices turning on.
[Operation or intercom model

Short press MF , both master and slave device wlll hear
“beep" sound, the conversation ended up.
2. (Irrltlate Intercom)
Long press MFBQror about a second, device will hear
reminder nng sound, then conversation initiated.
[Pa fly or Azop mode]
The Z-link 2.0 is designed to reoelve stereo music from
AZDP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) sources and
mobile phones that support the Bluetooth AZDF and AVRCP
profiles. Using a Bluetcotlt device that supports AVRCF
profile will allow you to operate AZDP source lunctlons
directly [rent your Z-link 1.“ device.
1. Turn on MP3player orAZDP transmission.
2. To skirt Z—link pairing: With the Z4ink turned off. press and
hold the MFE for about 8 second until the LED twinkling
blue and red, n A2DP is stand by for pairing.
3. Accomplish pairing per your MP3 player orAZDF device's
instructions. The MP3 player nrAZDP device will list
{z-link 2.0] as a found device. Select it and rollcw your
MP3 Player's instructions to accomplish the pairing. input
PIN code “0000” to activate pairing.
4. It pairing succeeds. Z-link 2.0 LED will twinkle successwely

NOTE: In order to operate the function above, your device
should be compatible with Bluetooth AVRCP profile.
[Pairing to GPS device]
To unable Bluitooth GPS device with Z-tink 2.0. you must
tlrst pair the two devices. This will allow your GPS to
transmit navigation instructions and audio to the speakers
or your headset.
1. Turn on your GPS.
2. With the Z-Iink turned off, long press the MFB button
for about 8 seconds until the RED and BLUE Lights begin
alternating rapidly.
3. Search for Bluetooth headsets on your GPS device by
following the dOViCD'S instructions. Th. GPS device will
list {Z-Ilnk 2.0] as a round device. Select It and follow
your GPS device’s instructions to I ate the pairing. If
your GPS device requires tor a PIN please enter “0000".
4. Once Pa ing is complete, your GPS device may confirm
that pairing has succeeded. and Ills Z-link will begin
flashing slowly In blue.
NOTE 1 . Not all Eluetooth enabled GPS device allow
connections to Bluewoth headsets, the GPS device
must be compatible with the Bluetooth rhundatree
gateway protocolJ .

Long press FM button @ior 5 seconds. some prompt sound
will be hear lrom ear set.
2. (Switch channel)
Short press FM button @ to switch channel. 6 channels can
be stored in memory.
3. (Search and store new radio channel)
(1) Short press FM button @to the channel that you want to
cover.
(2) Long press FM button @2 second. the device will search ror
new channel automeflcally and you could hear the radio in the
ear set, it it‘s not the channel you want. Long press FM button
@2 second again until you find the channel you want.
(a) Short press FM button @ within 20 seconds. the new channel
will be stored,
4. (R05 ON/OFF)
RDS default setting is OFF, short press FM button @ twice
to enable RDS. to switch ofi RDS. just another twice FM
button. Prompt sound will be heard from ear set.
NOTE: -You need to short press “FM button ® “ for
confirming and storing the station, even this dovicn
can auto scan the stronger signal 6 stations on the
first usage.

6. Defaul setting
1. As Z-link 2 0 oil. Long press MFE [23w Band v- Gtogstiter
around 5 seconds until Red and Blue LED light up solidly, then
default selling completes.
2. This operation is irreversible, once the process completed. all
settings and pairings have to be redone.

1. Zrllnk 2.0 uses pmper USB cable, please don't try it With
normal USB cable.
