the event
of
violation

this Agreement, Garmin may terminate your dealer or distributor agreement
and
Garmin shall have the right
to
seek
appropriate relief (including injunctive relief) from acourt
of
competent jurisdiction.
5.
This
Agreement
is
made under and shall
be
construed according
to
the laws
of
the State
of
Kansas,
U.S.A.,
without
regard to its conflict
of
laws provisions.
