Radio Frequency Radiation Exposure
This device is a mobile transmitter and receiver that uses an internal antenna to send and receive low levels of radio
frequency (RF) energy for data communications. The device emits RF energy below the published limits when operating in its
maximum output power mode and when used with Garmin authorized accessories. To comply with RF exposure compliance
requirements, the device should be installed and operated with a minimum of 20 cm (7.87 in.) between the device and your
body. The device should not be used in other configurations. This device must not be co-located or operated in conjunction
with any other transmitter or antenna.
FCC Compliance
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may
not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the
FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and may cause harmful interference to radio

Software License Agreement
BY USING THE DEVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FOLLOWING
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
Garmin Ltd. and its subsidiaries (“Garmin”) grant you a limited license to use the software embedded in this device (the
“Software”) in binary executable form in the normal operation of the product. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property
rights in and to the Software remain in Garmin and/or its third-party providers.

You acknowledge that the Software is the property of Garmin and/or its third-party providers and is protected under the United
States of America copyright laws and international copyright treaties. You further acknowledge that the structure, organization,
and code of the Software, for which source code is not provided, are valuable trade secrets of Garmin and/or its third-party
providers and that the Software in source code form remains a valuable trade secret of Garmin and/or its third-party providers.
You agree not to decompile, disassemble, modify, reverse assemble, reverse engineer, or reduce to human readable form the
Software or any part thereof or create any derivative works based on the Software. You agree not to export or re-export the
Software to any country in violation of the export control laws of the United States of America or the export control laws of any
other applicable country.
Limited 3-Year Marine Consumer Warranty
Garmin New Zealand Limited, trading as FUSION Entertainment (‘FUSION’), warrants that this FUSION Marine product is
free from defects in material and workmanship, according to the following terms and conditions:
• The limited warranty for the FUSION product purchased extends to 36 months beginning on the date of purchase of the
product.
• The limited warranty extends only to consumers who purchase the product in one of the countries (or areas) set forth on
www.fusionentertainment.com. The limited warranty is only valid in FUSION’s intended country (or area) of sale of the
product.
• During the limited warranty period, FUSION or its authorised service network will repair or replace (at FUSION’s discretion),
any defective product or parts thereof with new and return the product to the consumer in working condition. No charge will
be made to the consumer for either parts or labour in repairing or replacing the product. All replaced parts and cosmetic
parts should be free of defects at the time of shipment and, therefore shall not be covered under these limited warranty
terms.
• Repaired product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days from the date of
repair, whichever is longer.
• All warranty claims must be accompanied with a copy of this warranty card, and a copy of proof of purchase.
The consumer shall have no coverage or benefits under this limited warranty if any of the following conditions are applicable:
• The product has been subject to: abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, unauthorised modifications,
unauthorised connections, unauthorised repair including but not limited to use of unauthorised spare parts in repairs,
misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, acts of God, spill of foods or liquids, maladjustment of
customer controls or other acts which are beyond the reasonable control of FUSION, including deficiencies in consumable
parts such as fuses, and breakage or damage to antennae unless caused directly by defects in materials or workmanship,
and normal wear and tear of the product.
• FUSION was not notified by the consumer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the product during the applicable limited
warranty period.
• The product serial number or the accessory date code has been removed, defaced or altered.
• The product was used with or connected to an accessory not supplied by FUSION or fit for use with FUSION product, or
used in a manner other than its intended use.
If a problem develops during the limited warranty period, the consumer should take the following step-by-step procedure:
The consumer shall return the product to any authorised FUSION dealer in authorised sales countries for repair or
replacement processing. FUSION assumes no freight or shipping responsibility for returning goods to an authorised
FUSION dealer, or return freight from an authorised dealer to the consumer submitting the warranty claim.
The consumer shall be charged for any parts or labour charges not covered by this limited warranty. The consumer shall be
responsible for expenses related to removal and reinstallation of the product.
If the product is returned to FUSION after the expiration of the warranty period, FUSION’s normal service policies shall
apply and the consumer will be charged accordingly.
The benefits conferred by this warranty apply to the extent that they are not superseded by any other rights and remedies
available under any applicable legislation that cannot be excluded. In jurisdictions where implied or legal warranties may be
excluded, any implied or legal warranty is hereby excluded and the foregoing warranty is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive
remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
• Some states in America do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation and
exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
• FUSION neither assumes nor authorises any authorised service centre or any person or entity to assume for it any other
obligation or liability beyond that which is expressly provided for in this warranty.
• All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change without notice.

THE FUSION PROMISE OF QUALITY LIMITED 3-YEAR CONSUMER WARRANTY
This warranty is given in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under Australian Consumer Law. In
addition to the FUSION Warranty, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any others reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Garmin New Zealand Limited, trading as FUSION Entertainment (‘FUSION’), warrants this FUSION Product including,
Speaker, Subwoofer, Amplifier, Head Unit, or genuine FUSION Accessory ‘product’ is free from defects in materials and
workmanship, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
• The limited warranty for the FUSION product purchased is only available for (36) months after the date of purchase.
• The limited warranty extends only to the original consumer of the product and may not be assigned or transferred to any
other person or consumer without FUSION’s prior written consent being provided.
• During the limited warranty period, FUSION or its authorised service network will repair or replace any defective or faulty
product or parts at its own cost.
• Repaired or replaced product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days after
the date of repair, whichever is longer.
• All warranty claims must be notified to FUSION or its authorised Dealer in writing during the warranty period accompanied
with a copy of this warranty card, proof of purchase date and the product with an intact and unaltered serial number or
accessory date code.
This warranty will not apply if:
The consumer causes the Product to be of unacceptable quality or fails to take steps to prevent the product from becoming of
unacceptable quality and/or it is damaged by abnormal use. Examples of goods becoming of unacceptable quality or of
abnormal use by the consumer include:
• Storage of product under improper conditions.
• Exposure to excessive moisture or dampness.
• Exposure to excessive temperature extremes or other adverse environmental conditions.
• Unauthorised modifications of product, connections or otherwise unauthorised repairs including, but not limited, to the use
of unauthorised parts in the repair of products.
• Improper use of or installation of, or interference with, product adjustments or controls and or including antenna breakage
or damage due to misuse.
• Damage caused by consumables or by electricity supply.
• Acts of god (force majeure), exposure of product to food spills, or any other type of fluid ingress.
• Using the product in a way for which was not intended to be used or connecting it to an accessory not supplied by,
specified by, or authorised by FUSION.
• Any other abnormal use of or conduct causing product to become of unacceptable quality.
Other exclusions:
• This warranty extends to the repair or replacement of FUSION product only and the consumer is responsible for any
expenses relating to the removal or installation of the product or related services including the cost of delivering the product
to FUSION or its authorised dealer.
• Repair work conducted by FUSION after this warranty has expired or if this warranty for any other reason this Fusion
warranty does not apply is subject to FUSION’s normal service policies and FUSION charges for labour and material may
apply.
• This is a manufacturers warranty provided to consumers of FUSION products. Variations to this warranty may only be
made by FUSION and will be notified to the customer in writing or issued on the FUSION website. Fusion Dealers, agents
and authorised dealers are not authorised to make changes or vary this FUSION warranty.
• All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• FUSION is not responsible for replacing or the cost of replacing any consumer data lost occurring either due to equipment
failure or during the repair and replacement process.

Si un problème apparaît pendant la période de garantie limitée, le consommateur doit suivre la procédure pas à pas suivante :
Le consommateur doit renvoyer le produit à tout revendeur FUSION agréé dans les pays de vente autorisés pour
bénéficier d'une réparation ou d'un remplacement. FUSION ne prend pas en charge les frais de transport ou d'expédition
pour le retour des produits à un revendeur FUSION agréé, ou les frais de transport d'un revendeur agréé au
consommateur présentant la demande de garantie.
Le consommateur devra s'acquitter des frais liés aux composants ou à la main-d'œuvre non couverts par la présente
garantie limitée. Le consommateur prendra en charge les dépenses liées au retrait et à la réinstallation du produit.
Si le produit est renvoyé à FUSION après l'expiration de la période de garantie, les politiques de service standard de
FUSION s'appliquent et le consommateur sera facturé en conséquence.
Les avantages conférés par la présente garantie s'appliquent dans la mesure où ils ne sont pas modifiés par tout autre droit et
tout autre recours existants en vertu de toute loi applicable qui ne peut être exclue. Dans les juridictions où les garanties

Garanzia limitata di 3 anni del consumatore del prodotto Marine
Garmin New Zealand Limited, sotto la ragione sociale FUSION Entertainment ("FUSION"), garantisce che il prodotto FUSION
Marine è privo di difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione, in base ai seguenti termini e condizioni:

Il consumatore non usufruirà della copertura né dei benefici stabiliti dalla presente garanzia limitata qualora si applichino le

• Il prodotto è stato soggetto a: abuso, condizioni anomale, conservazione impropria, modifiche non autorizzate, connessioni
non autorizzate, riparazioni non autorizzate incluso a titolo esemplificativo l'uso di parti di ricambio non autorizzate nelle
riparazioni, uso improprio, negligenza, abuso, incidente, alterazione, installazione impropria, cause di forza maggiore,
fuoriuscita di fluidi o liquidi, inadeguatezza dei controlli dell'utente o altre azioni fuori dal ragionevole controllo di FUSION,
incluse carenze nelle parti di consumo come fusibili, e rottura o danni ad antenne a meno che questi non siano causati
direttamente da difetti di materiale o di fabbricazione, e dalla normale usura del prodotto.
• FUSION non è stato avvisato dall'utente del presunto difetto o malfunzionamento del prodotto durante il periodo di garanzia
limitata applicabile.
• Il numero di serie del prodotto o il codice data dell'accessorio sono stati rimossi, resi illeggibili o alterati.
• Il prodotto è stato utilizzato o connesso a un accessorio non fornito da FUSION o non adatto all'uso con un prodotto
FUSION, oppure utilizzato in modo diverso dall'uso previsto.
Qualora si verifichi un problema durante il periodo della garanzia limitata, il consumatore deve attenersi alla seguente
procedura dettagliata:
Il consumatore restituirà il prodotto a un rivenditore FUSION autorizzato nei Paesi di vendita autorizzati ad eseguire i
processi di riparazione o di sostituzione. FUSION non accetta alcuna responsabilità per il trasporto o la spedizione di merci
in restituzione a un rivenditore FUSION autorizzato o per il trasporto da un rivenditore autorizzato al consumatore che ha
inoltrato il reclamo in garanzia.
Al consumatore verranno addebitati i costi delle parti o della manodopera non coperti dalla presente garanzia limitata. Il
consumatore sarà responsabile delle spese relative alla rimozione e alla reinstallazione del prodotto.
Qualora il prodotto venga restituito a FUSION dopo la scadenza del periodo di garanzia, si applicheranno le normali
procedure di assistenza di FUSION e al consumatore verranno addebitati i relativi costi.
I benefici conferiti dalla presente garanzia si applicano nella misura in cui non siano sostituiti da altri diritti e rimedi disponibili
in base a una legislazione applicabile non escludibile. Nelle giurisdizioni ove le garanzie implicite o legali possono essere
escluse, qualsiasi garanzia implicita o legale sarà esclusa e la garanzia precedente sarà il solo ed esclusivo rimedio
dell'acquirente e sostituirà ogni altra garanzia, espressa o implicita.

Eingeschränkte dreijährige Verbrauchergewährleistung für Marineprodukte
Garmin New Zealand Limited, tätig als FUSION Entertainment („FUSION“), gewährleistet gemäß den folgenden Bedingungen,
dass dieses FUSION Marineprodukt frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern ist:
• Die eingeschränkte Gewährleistung für das erworbene FUSION Produkt gilt ab dem Kaufdatum des Produkts für
36 Monate.
• Die eingeschränkte Gewährleistung gilt nur für Verbraucher, die das Produkt in einem der unter
www.fusionentertainment.com aufgeführten Länder (oder Gebiete) erwerben. Die eingeschränkte Gewährleistung gilt nur in
dem von FUSION beabsichtigten Verkaufsland (oder -gebiet) des Produkts.
• Während des Zeitraums der eingeschränkten Gewährleistung reparieren FUSION oder dessen autorisiertes
Servicenetzwerk (nach Ermessen von FUSION) fehlerhafte Produkte oder Teile davon bzw. ersetzen diese durch neue
Produkte bzw. Teile und geben das Produkt in funktionsfähigem Zustand zurück. Weder Teile noch Arbeitszeit für
Reparatur oder Ersatz des Produkts werden dem Verbraucher in Rechnung gestellt. Alle ersetzten Teile und alle
ästhetischen Teile sollten zum Zeitpunkt des Versands frei von Fehlern sein und sind daher nicht durch die Bedingungen
der eingeschränkten Gewährleistung abgedeckt.
• Die Gewährleistung für reparierte Produkte gilt für den restlichen Teil des ursprünglichen Gewährleistungszeitraums oder
für neunzig (90) Tage ab Reparaturdatum, wobei der jeweils längere Zeitraum Anwendung findet.
• Allen Gewährleistungsansprüchen müssen eine Kopie dieser Gewährleistungskarte und eine Kopie des Kaufnachweises
beiliegen.
Der Verbraucher hat gemäß dieser eingeschränkten Gewährleistung keinerlei Anspruch auf die Gewährleistung oder auf
Gewährleistungsleistungen, falls eine der folgenden Bedingungen zutrifft:
• Das Produkt wurde folgenden Bedingungen ausgesetzt: unsachgemäßer Verwendung, abnormalen Bedingungen,
unsachgemäßer Aufbewahrung, unberechtigten Veränderungen, unberechtigten Verbindungen, unberechtigten
Reparaturen, z. B. Verwendung nicht genehmigter Teile bei Reparaturen, unsachgemäße Nutzung, Nachlässigkeit,
Missbrauch, Unfall, Änderungen, unsachgemäße Installation, höherer Gewalt, verschüttete Lebensmitteln oder
Flüssigkeiten, falsch angepasste Benutzersteuerungen oder andere Handlungen, die nicht von FUSION zu vertreten sind,
darunter Mängel an Verschleißteilen (z. B. Sicherungen) und Brüche oder Schäden der Antennen, sofern diese nicht direkt
auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler zurückzuführen sind, und normale Abnutzung des Produkts.
• FUSION wurde während des anwendbaren Zeitraums der eingeschränkten Gewährleistung nicht vom Verbraucher über
den angeblichen Fehler oder Fehlfunktionen des Produkts informiert.
• Die Seriennummer des Produkts oder der Datumscode des Zubehörs wurden entfernt, unlesbar gemacht oder verändert.
• Das Produkt wurde mit Zubehör verwendet bzw. damit verbunden, das nicht von FUSION bereitgestellt wurde oder für die
Verwendung mit dem FUSION Produkt geeignet ist, oder es wurde auf eine nicht vorgesehene Art und Weise verwendet.
Falls während des Zeitraums der eingeschränkten Gewährleistung ein Problem auftritt, sollte der Verbraucher folgende
Schritte durchführen:
Der Verbraucher gibt das Produkt zur Bearbeitung der Reparatur oder des Austauschs an einen FUSION Vertragshändler
in zugelassenen Verkaufsländern zurück. FUSION übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung für Fracht oder Versand bei der
Rückgabe von Artikeln an einen FUSION Vertragshändler oder für die Rückfracht von einem Vertragshändler an den
Verbraucher, der den Gewährleistungsanspruch geltend macht.
Der Verbraucher kommt für die Kosten für Teile oder Arbeitszeit auf, die nicht von dieser eingeschränkten Gewährleistung
abgedeckt sind. Der Verbraucher kommt für Kosten auf, die durch die Entfernung und Neuinstallation des Produkts
entstehen.
Wenn das Produkt nach Ablauf des Gewährleistungszeitraums an FUSION zurückgegeben wird, finden die regulären
Servicerichtlinien von FUSION Anwendung, und dem Verbraucher werden die entsprechenden Kosten in Rechnung
gestellt.
Die durch diese Gewährleistung gewährten Leistungen gelten insofern, als sie nicht durch andere Rechte und Rechtsmittel
außer Kraft gesetzt werden, die gemäß anwendbarer Gesetzgebung verfügbar sind und nicht ausgeschlossen werden
können. In Gerichtsbarkeiten, in denen stillschweigende oder gesetzliche Gewährleistungen möglicherweise ausgeschlossen
sind, sind stillschweigende oder gesetzliche Gewährleistungen hiermit ausgeschlossen, und die vorangehende
Gewährleistung ist das einzige, dem Käufer zur Verfügung stehende Rechtsmittel und gilt anstelle aller anderen
Gewährleistungen, sowohl ausdrücklicher als auch stillschweigender Art.
• In einigen Bundesstaaten in den USA ist der Ausschluss oder die Einschränkung von Folgeschäden nicht gestattet, sodass

Garmin New Zealand Limited, bajo el nombre comercial FUSION Entertainment (‘FUSION’), garantiza que este producto
náutico FUSION está exento de defectos de material o de mano de obra según los siguientes términos y condiciones:
• La duración de la garantía limitada del producto FUSION comprado es de 36 meses a partir de la fecha de compra del

• El producto reparado estará garantizado durante el periodo restante de la garantía original o durante noventa (90) días a
partir de la fecha de la reparación, siendo aplicable el periodo de mayor duración.

no autorizadas, mal uso, negligencia, abuso, accidente, alteración, instalación incorrecta, casos de fuerza mayor,
derramamiento de líquidos o alimentos, inadaptación de los controles del cliente u otras acciones que queden fuera del
control razonable de FUSION, incluidos defectos en piezas consumibles, tales como fusibles, y rupturas o daños en las
antenas a menos que estos estén directamente provocados por defectos de material o de mano de obra, o por el desgaste
normal del producto.
• El usuario no notificó a FUSION del supuesto defecto o mal funcionamiento del producto durante el periodo de garantía
limitada correspondiente.
• El número de serie del producto o el código de fecha del accesorio ha sido retirado, dañado o alterado.
• El producto se ha usado con o se ha conectado a un accesorio no suministrado por FUSION o inadecuado para su uso
con productos FUSION, o se ha usado para un fin distinto para el que fue diseñado.
Si se produce un problema durante el periodo de garantía limitada, el usuario deberá realizar el siguiente procedimiento paso
a paso:
El usuario deberá devolver el producto a algún distribuidor autorizado de FUSION en un país de venta autorizado para su
reparación o sustitución. FUSION no asume ninguna responsabilidad con respecto al transporte o el envío para la
devolución de productos a un distribuidor FUSION autorizado, ni del transporte desde un distribuidor autorizado hasta el
usuario que emite la reclamación de garantía.
El usuario deberá abonar cualquier pieza o mano de obra no cubierta por esta garantía limitada. El usuario será el
responsable de los gastos derivados del desmontaje y la reinstalación del producto.
Si la devolución del producto a FUSION se realiza tras el vencimiento del periodo de garantía, se aplicarán las políticas de
servicio habituales de FUSION y el usuario deberá hacer frente a los gastos que correspondan.
Las ventajas conferidas por esta garantía serán de aplicación siempre que no sean sustituidas por otros derechos o recursos
disponibles bajo cualquier legislación aplicable que no pueda ser excluida. En aquellas jurisdicciones que lo permitan, las
garantías implícitas o legales quedan excluidas por la presente y la garantía anterior será el recuso único y exclusivo del
comprador y sustituirá al resto de garantías, ya sean expresas o implícitas.

Garmin New Zealand Limited, negociando como FUSION Entertainment (‘FUSION’), garante que esse produto naval FUSION
é isento de defeitos no material e na fabricação, de acordo com os seguintes termos e condições:
• A garantia limitada para o produto FUSION adquirido estende-se a 36 meses a partir do início da data de compra do
produto.
• A garantia limitada aplica-se apenas a clientes que adquiriram o produto em um dos países (ou áreas) estabelecidos em
www.fusionentertainment.com. A garantia limitada é válida apenas no país (ou área) da FUSION a que se destina a venda
do produto.
• Durante o período de garantia limitada, FUSION ou sua rede de serviços autorizada consertará ou substituirá (a critério do
FUSION) quaisquer produtos ou peças defeituosas do mesmo por outras novas e o devolverá ao cliente em condições
adequadas de funcionamento. Nenhuma taxa será cobrada ao cliente por essas peças ou encargos de reparo ou
substituição do produto. Todas as peças e peças estéticas substituídas não devem conter defeitos no momento do envio
e, portanto, não serão cobertas por estes termos de garantia limitada.
• O produto consertado será coberto pelo restante do período de garantia original ou por 90 (noventa) dias a partir da data
do reparo, o que for maior.
• Todos os pedidos de garantia devem ser acompanhados por uma cópia de cartão de garantia e uma cópia do recibo.
O cliente não estará coberto e nem receberá os benefícios nos termos desta garantia limitada se quaisquer das seguintes
condições se aplicarem:
• O produto foi sujeito a: uso indevido, condições anormais, armazenamento indevido, modificações não autorizadas,
conexões não autorizadas, reparo não autorizado, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, uso de peças de reposição não
autorizadas em reparos, má utilização, negligência, abuso, acidente, alteração, instalação inadequada, casos fortuitos,
derramamento de alimentos ou líquidos, desajuste dos controles de usuário ou outros atos que estão além do controle
razoável do FUSION, incluindo defeitos em peças de consumo, como fusíveis, ou quebra ou danos à antena, salvo se
causados diretamente nos materiais ou na fabricação, e desgaste normal do produto.
• A FUSION não foi notificada pelo cliente sobre o suposto defeito ou mau funcionamento do produto durante o período de
garantia limitada aplicável.
• O número de série do produto ou o código de data do acessório tiver sido removido, apagado ou alterado.
• O produto tiver sido usado ou conectado a um acessório não fornecido pela FUSION ou não adequado para uso com o
produto da FUSION, ou usado de forma diferente ao seu uso pretendido.
Se um problema se desenvolver durante o período de garantia limitada, o cliente deve realizar a seguinte orientação passo a
passo:
O cliente deve devolver o produto a qualquer revendedora FUSION autorizada em países de vendas autorizadas para
reparo ou processo de substituição.A FUSION não assume nenhuma responsabilidade por frete ou envio de mercadorias
a uma revendedora FUSION autorizada, nem frete de retorno de uma revendedora autorizada ao cliente que apresenta
um pedido de garantia.
O cliente deve ser cobrado por quaisquer peças ou encargos aplicáveis ao trabalho não cobertos por essa garantia
limitada. O cliente deverá ser responsável por despesas relacionadas à remoção e reinstalação do produto.

que garantias implícitas ou legais puderem ser excluídas, qualquer garantia implícita ou legal será excluída pelo presente
instrumento, e a garantia acima mencionada é recurso único e exclusivo do adquirente e substitui qualquer outra garantia
expressa ou implícita.
• Alguns estados da América não permitem a exclusão ou limitação de danos consequentes, então, a limitação e a exclusão

Beperkte garantie van 3 jaar op watersportproducten
Garmin New Zealand Limited, handelend onder de naam FUSION Entertainment (‘FUSION’), garandeert dat dit FUSION
Marine product vrij is van materiaal- en constructiefouten, overeenkomstig de volgende voorwaarden en bepalingen:
• De beperkte garantie voor het gekochte FUSION product geldt voor de duur van 36 maanden vanaf de datum van aankoop
van het product.
• De beperkte garantie geldt alleen voor klanten die het product kopen in een van de op www.fusionentertainment.com
genoemde landen (of gebieden). De beperkte garantie is alleen geldig in het land (of gebied) waar FUSION van plan is het
product te verkopen.
• Gedurende de periode van beperkte garantie, zal FUSION of een aangesloten erkende reparatieservice defecte producten
of onderdelen daarvan (door FUSION te beoordelen) repareren of door nieuwe vervangen en het product in werkende staat
aan de consument retourneren. Er worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht aan de klant voor vervangingsonderdelen of
arbeidstijd verbonden aan reparatie of vervanging van het product. Alle vervangen onderdelen en cosmetische onderdelen
dienen vrij te zijn van defecten op het tijdstip van verzending en vallen daarom niet onder de dekking van deze beperkte
garantievoorwaarden.
• Op gerepareerde producten wordt garantie verleend gedurende de resterende oorspronkelijke garantieperiode of
gedurende negentig (90) dagen, al naargelang welke periode het langst is.
• Alle aanspraken op garantie dienen vergezeld te gaan van een kopie van dit garantiebewijs en een kopie van het
aankoopbewijs.
De klant kan geen aanspraak maken op dekking of voordelen onder deze beperkte garantie in een of meer van de volgende
gevallen:
• Het product is blootgesteld of onderworpen aan: Abnormaal gebruik, abnormale omstandigheden, onjuiste opslag, niet
toegestane wijzigingen, niet toegestane verbindingen, onbevoegde reparaties, met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot, het
gebruik van niet toegestane vervangingsonderdelen bij reparaties, verkeerd gebruik, veronachtzaming, misbruik,
ongelukken, veranderingen, onjuiste installatie, natuurrampen, morsen van voedsel of drank, onjuiste afstelling van
bedieningselementen of andere omstandigheden waarop FUSION redelijkerwijs geen invloed heeft, waaronder defecten in
verbruiksartikelen, zoals zekeringen, en breuken in of schade aan antennes, tenzij dit het directe gevolg is van materiaalof constructiefouten en normale slijtage van het product.
• FUSION werd gedurende de geldende periode van beperkte garantie niet door de klant in kennis gesteld van het
vermeende defect of de storing in het product.
• Het serienummer van het product of de datumcode van accessoires is verwijderd, aangetast of gewijzigd.
• Het product werd gebruikt met of aangesloten op accessoires die niet door FUSION zijn geleverd of ongeschikt zijn voor
gebruik met FUSION producten of op andere wijze dan bedoeld.
Wanneer zich tijdens de periode van beperkte garantie een probleem voordoet, dient de klant de volgende procedure
stapsgewijs te volgen:
De klant stuurt het product voor reparatie of vervanging terug naar een erkende FUSION dealer in een van de officiële
verkooplanden. FUSION kan niet aansprakelijk worden gehouden voor schade ontstaan tijdens vervoer bij terugzending
van goederen naar een erkende FUSION dealer of terugzending van de erkende dealer naar de klant die de schadeclaim
onder de garantiedekking indient.
De kosten van onderdelen of reparatie die niet door deze beperkte garantie worden gedekt, worden in rekening gebracht
aan de klant. De kosten verbonden aan het verwijderen en opnieuw installeren van het product zijn voor rekening van de
klant.
Wanneer het product aan FUSION wordt geretourneerd na afloop van de garantieperiode, gelden de normale
servicevoorwaarden van FUSION en worden de gemaakte kosten in rekening gebracht aan de klant.
De voordelen van deze garantie gelden voor zover deze niet worden vervangen door andere rechten en rechtsmiddelen die
kunnen worden aangewend volgens geldende wet- en regelgeving die niet kan worden uitgesloten. In rechtsgebieden waar
impliciete of wettelijke garanties kunnen worden uitgesloten, wordt elke impliciete of wettelijke garantie hierbij uitgesloten en is
de bovengenoemde garantie de enige en exclusieve verhaalsmogelijkheid voor de koper en treedt deze in de plaats van alle
overige garanties, expliciet of impliciet.
• In bepaalde staten van de VS is de uitsluiting of beperking van gevolgschade niet toegestaan. De bovenstaande beperking
en uitsluiting is daarom mogelijk niet op u van toepassing. Deze garantie geeft u specifieke wettelijke rechten die van staat
tot staat kunnen verschillen.
• FUSION aanvaardt geen andere verplichtingen of aansprakelijkheden dan uitdrukkelijk voorzien in deze garantie en
verleent ook geen volmacht aan een erkende onderhoudsdienst, een persoon of rechtspersoon om dergelijke
verplichtingen namens haar te aanvaarden.
• Alle garantiegegevens, productkenmerken en specificaties kunnen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd.
