toprovideaccuratetemperatures.
However,if thisovenhasreplaced
oneyouhaveusedforseveralyears,
youmaynoticeadifferenceinthe
degreeofbrowningor thelengthof
timerequiredwhenusingyour
favoriterecipes.Oventemperature
controlshaveatendencyto “drift”
overaperiodofyearsandsince
thisdrift isverygradual,it is not
readilynoticed.Therefore,you
mayhavebecomeaccustomedto
yourpreviousovenwhichmay
haveprovidedahigheror lower
temperaturethanyouselected.
Beforeattemptingtohavethe
temperatureofyournewoven
changed,be sureyouhavefollowed
thebakingtimeandtemperatureof
therecipecarefilly.Then,after
youhaveusedtheovenafewtimes
andyoufeeltheovenis toohotor
toocool, thereis asimple
adjustmentyoucanmakeyourself
