THIS MESSAGE IS TO OUR HOCKEY PLAYING CUSTOMERS FROM THE
CREATORS OF THIS PRODUCT AND NOT FROM OUR ATTORNEY!!! FIRST,
THANKS FOR BUYING OUR PRODUCT. TAKE A MINUTE OR TWO TO READ
THE POINTS BELOW. FOLLOWING THEM WILL MAKE SURE YOUR LEGOLIE
WORKS THE WAY IT WAS MADE TO FOR A LONG TIME TO COME!
1- THIS PRODUCT IS NOT MADE OF STEEL, GRAPHITE, KEVLAR, SPACE
DEPARTMENT ALUMINUM AND IS 100% BORON FREE AND THE BAG
Is NOT MYLAR-COATED (YET). IF IT CONTAINED ANY OF THOSE
MATERIALS, IT WOULD COST 20 TIMES MORE AND THESE
INSTRUCTIONS WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED IT’S MADE OF HIGH
IMPACT PLASTICS, PVC, MICROCHIPS AND INFRARED SCANNERS. IF
YOU ABUSE IT, IT WILL BREAK. WE HAVE A LAD TI IAT TESTS ALL
PRODUCTS IN WAYS THAT FAR EXCEED NORMAL USE. WE CAN TELL
HOW AND WHY SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT SO IF YOUR IDEA OF FUN
IS STABBING LE GOLIE WITH A BUTCHER KNIFE, SMASHING THE
PLASTICS WITH A BALL PIN HAMMER, UNDERSTAND THIS:
A) WE’LL KNOW
B) THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR YOU AND YOU MAY WANT TO
SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP
2 — LEGOLIE IS DESIGNED TO USE ANYWHERE IN TEMPERATURES
BETWEEN 710 AND 30 DEGRESS CELCIUS. THE PVC IS NOT DESIGNED TO
TAKE ANY MORE OR LESS NOR ARE THE MECHANICAL COMPONENTS.
ANYWAY, IF YOUR IDEA OF A GOOD TIME IS PLAYING HOCKEY IN TEMPS
THAT ARE HIGHER OR LOWER THAN WHAT WE RECOMMEND FOR THE
PRODUCT, REFER TO POINT “B” ABOVEI
3 — LEGOLIE CAN BE USED ON THE ICE. YOU CANNOT USE IT IN RAIN,
SNOW, BLIZZARDS, SANDSTORMS, PUDDLES OR STANDING WATER. IF YOU
DID NOT KNOW THIS ALREADY, YOU KNOW WHERE TO RFFFR FOR OI IR
HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA HOCKEY BUDS WHERE THE RAIN COMES AND
GOES EVERY 15 MINUTES IN THE SUMMER, “SQUEEGIE THAT RINK NICE
AND DRY BEFORE SETTING UP LEGOLIE” !”
4 — THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS HIGH TECH COMPONENTS AND MICROCHIPS
THAT CAN OVERHEAT. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ALLOW THE UNIT 10
COOL DOWN BETWEEN LONG UNINTERRUPTED PERIODS OF USE (THIS IS
WHY WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO HAVE A BACK UP LEGOLIE ON HAND) FOR
THE BEST PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE LONGEST COMPONENT LIFE
POSSIBLE, FOLLOW THE GUIDE BELOW:
Function Max. Contmuous Hours, Shut Off Time before Restart
Random only 1-15 hours 30—40 minutes
Remote only 2-25 hours 30-40 minutes
Remote/Random 1.5-2 hours 30—40 minutes
”The machine will run a lot longer and will not tell you it needs a break. If you
constantly run the unit beyond our suggested use periods, you will burn the motor, gears,
and/or internal components.
5 — DO NOT FILL WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN REGULAR AIR (NO HELIUM,
BEER OR NITROUS! !! OUR LEGOLIE IS ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE AND IS
FUN AT PARTIES JUST BEING HIMSELF) DO NOT OVERINFLATE THE BAG.
THE MORE AIR YOU l'NFLATE, THE MORE SUCCEPTABLE THE BAG IS TO
TEARS ON THE SEAMS. IF YOU FEEL A LOT OF RESISTANCE WHEN YOU
“SQUEEZE” THE CHEST OR PADS OF THE INFLATABLE, YOU HAVE
OVERINFLATED THE BAGT FOR MORE REALISTIC REBOUNDS AND A
LONGER LIFE WITHOUT LEAKS, LEAVE ROOM FOR SOME AIR!!
6 — AVOID SKATING OVER THE TRACK, BASE, OR ANY OF THE WORKING
PARTS OR BAGT IF LEGOLIE EMBARRASES YOU ON A BREAKAWAY, SMASH
THE POST OR CROSSBAK NOT TIIE PRODUCTT
7 — WHEN USING A/C POWER EITHER DIRECTLY INTO AN OUTLET OR VIA
AN EXTENSION CORD—PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE. THE DIRECT POWER
OPTION IS MEANT TO USE WHEN YOU ARE PRACTISING IN THE BASEMENT
AND SHOULD NOT BE USED ON THE STREET OR AT THE RINK WHERE THE
CORD RUNNING BEHIND THE NET WOULD BE AN OBVIOUS HAZARD. ONLY
USE THE WIRELESS/BATTERY OPTION FOR GAME/OUTDOOR/RINK
SITUATIONS! ! l
8 — WE RECOMMEND YOU USE INLINE OR STREET PUCKS, FOAM PUCKS, OR
STREET/INLINE BALLS ABOVE ANYTHING ELSE. YOU CAN USE ICE PUCKS
BUT IT IS IMPORTANT T0 NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
3) Ice pucks are very heavy and if you have a big time shot (80MPH+), you can
cause more seam damage leading to leaks and tears,
b) If you want to use the product with ice pucks, use the ADULT bag. This bag is
20-25% bigger than the JR bag. The ADULT bag displaces energy and impact
over a greater surface making it much more durable than the JR bag. If you are an
experienced player, you will likely want the bigger bag accessory since it is more
challenging than the JR bag anyway.
9 7 THE RECOMMENDED AGE FOR THIS PRODUCT IS 544 OLDER AND
MORE EXPERIENCED PLAYERS CAN USE IT ALSO AND HAVE A LOT OF FUN
WITH IT, ESPECIALLY IF THEY FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE.
10 — YOU MUST USE THE INFLATABLE STICK WHEN USING THE PRODUCT
IT IS THERE NOT JUST FOR LOOKS! IT IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE
MOTOR HOUSE AND ENTIRE BASE FROM PUCK IMPACT. IT ALSO ABSORBS
IMPACT THEREFORE REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THE BASE GETS
KNOCKED OFF THE TRACKI USING THE PRODUCT WITHOUT THE STICK
WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE INTERNAL
COMPONENTS OF THE MOTOR BOX.
“DON’T USE THE BAG AS A PASSENGER TO RIDE TIIE IIOV LANES ON
YOUR LOCAL FREEWAYS. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
TICKETS YOU WILL NO DOUBT INCUR.
THANKS AGAIN AND BE SURE TO CHECK OUT OUR WEBSITE AT

IN STORES.
USER TIPS-IDEAS ON HOW TO USE LEGOLIE
1 — Put it on random when you are alone or with other players
2 — Use the remote mode to challenge yourself and other shooters or as a training tool for
young players or beginners. The best position to make saves using the remote is from
directly behind the net (protected by the net of course. If you don’t have a net, don’t be
crazy enough to stand behind "LeGolle" trying to make saves).
3 — ln remote mode, the closer a player is to the net, the tougher it is to make saves, just
like real hockey, so being a good “LeGolie” takes quick reflexes, good instincts and a
little guesswork
4 — It’s not hard to deke LeGolie. Practicing shots from further out, one-timers, or even
lining up 5 or 10 pucks and rapid firing while on random or remote is the best way to
have fun when you’re playing with the product.
5 — On battery mode, the product will start slowing down as the battery loses power. It
will still move for several minutes depending on the size of the battery before it shuts off
completely. Always keep at least one extm fully charged battery handy when taking
LeGolie on the road
6 — Even with the power off, you can still use the product by positioning it anywhere on
the track and practicing shots from different angles.
Assembly Instructions
MFor mistake free easy to follow visual instructions, log on to our website at
www.legolie.net and download a 60 second video
This Package contains the follovm'ng
3) Motor Box (1)
b) Wing Pads (2)
c) End Caps (2)
d) Track Sections (3)
e) Battery/Charger Box (1)
0 Electric Pump (1)
g) Inflatable (l)
h) Patch Kits (6 patches — 3 glue tubes)
i) Thumb Screws (8)
j) One remote Control Handset
l — Assemble track sections A-D (E attaches later). The easiest way to attach is to bring
the tracks together on an angle and bring your hands together to fit in. Push the lock pin
on each site of the joined sections of track.
**Do not “lay the track sections flat and push/force them towards each other.
“You must follow the letter sequence of track (A-E) and all the arrows you see next to
the letters must face the exact same direction in order for the sensor to read the track
mirrors properly.
2 — Join the wing pads (B) to the motor box using the 8 thumbscrews (H). Place a wing
pad OVER one of the sides of the motor boxi Align an End Cap (C) over the four holes of
the Motor Box/Wing Pad so the 4 cylinder covered bolts of the End Cap face the ground.
Turn the base over while holding the End Cap and use the Thumbscrews (I) to attach
parts A-B-C. The Thumbscrews get screwed in from the TOP of the Wing pad.
Repeat for the other side. There is no lefi or right Wing Pad, either can be used on either
side of the motor box,
3 — For easy set up, do not inflate the bag (G) until you attach the anchors on the bottom
of the inflatable to the 4 housings on the top of the wing pad (B). Make sure the Inflatable
and the FRONT of the motor box (A) is in front facing the shooter The FRONT of the
motor box has a FOAM piece in front for extra protection. The BACK of the motor box
is where you find the random mode switch and AC Adapter housing. Pull back all four of
the Metal pull pins on the wing pad. Place each anchor inside the box. Push each foot of
the inflatable down and push the pin through to secure. Do one foot at a time. Never force
the pint If you have difficulty, it means the anchors aren’t squarely in the box Be patient
as once you get the hang of it, it’s very simple to do!
4 — Inflate the bag. There are two valves on the inflatable. One valve for the top half and
one for the lower half. Each valve has two openings, a larger one and a smaller one. Until
you become experienced at using the pump, the best way to do it is to make sure the
larger valve opening is securely closed. Open the smaller of the two and use the pump
attachment that fits into that opening and inflate. When the small valve is open and the
larger is closed, Air goes in but not out. Do not over inflate (see special instructions).
Close the small valve opening and repeat the process to fill the entire bag.
5 ~ To attach the stick, simply inflate (just as quick without the pump) the stick and
attach it to the bag by matching the 3 bars on the stick with the three plastic houses on
the inflatable (1 on each pad and one on the blocker)
The above should take you about 5—6 minutes. Once you attach the base (pans A-B-C)
properly, you can leave it assembled reducing your set up time in the future if you
choose.
