APX-071 User Manual
Safety Guidelines
• Follow the instructions to ensure correct and safe installation and interconnection of the
apparatus.
• Incorrect connection may cause injure.
FCC Statement
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This
equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and
used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the
user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following
measures:
-- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following
two conditions (1)this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must
accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired
operation.
RF warning statement:
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. The deivce
can be used in portable exposure condition without restriction.
This device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or
transmitter.
Waterproof
The APX071 is designed for waterproof. For protecting your tablet best, you must cover
the all covers (Earphone, SD card, IO/DC) and insert the grips.
Remark:
1. Dry the device thoroughly with a clean and dry cloth in the case of the device getting
wet.
2. In the cases of the covers are not covered well / the covers are opened without drying
the device thoroughly, waterproof performance will be affected. Manufacturer will not be
responsible for any corresponding liability.
Shock Buster - Accessories for APX071 series
User can install a pair of Shock Busters to enhance performance withstanding drop test
from 1.2m (wooden surface).

STARTING UP
①. Connect the supplied power cable to the APX071 Power connector and to a wall outlet.
②.The APX071 will start charging. The Power indicator light is red while the battery is
charging. It will turn off when the battery is fully charged.
Remark: Use only adapter listed in the user manual.
POWER ON
Press and hold the power for about 2 seconds to power on the unit.
INSTALL NEW APPS
You can download the apps from Opera Mobile Store. This online library of free and
purchasable applications has thousands of useful applications (Media player, games, etc.)
to download and use.
1. With the APX071 connected to the Internet, tap on the Opera Mobile Store icon.
2. Search for your interested apps to download.
Open the downloaded files (*.APK) and following the indication to install Apps.
TRANSFERRING MEDIA TO YOUR APX071
1. Connect the supplied USB cable to the running APX071 and to a running computer.
2. Drag the top bar on the screen of APX071 downwards to reveal the notification
message.
3. Touch the “Turn on the USB storage”. Within a few seconds the APX071 will appear as
an icon on your computer.
4. You can transfer your media files to the APX071 either by copy/pasting them into the
respective folders using Windows® Explorer (or the Finder on a Mac®).
5. Once all your file transfers are finished, close Windows® Explorer and any other
program that may have read or written to the APX071. Click on the ‘safely remove’ icon in
the system tray, next to the clock. You can now unplug the USB cable.
USB Host
There are 2 Type-A USB socket for USB accessory.
NFC (optional)
This is an optional feature. It can be read the information of IC card (Resident card etc.).
The antenna of NFC is at the left of rear camera. You must place the IC card in the area of
antenna. When the tablet identifies the IC card, the application (Tags) will bring out and
shows the information in the card.
Activate/Deactivate NFC function:
1. Press “Menu” button.
2. Select “Settings”.
3. Select “Wireless & networks”.
4. Activate/Deactivate NFC function.
Tripod (Not include)
There is a Nut for Tripod at the bottom of tablet for installing the tripod, after you install the
tripod, you can place the tablet on a flat surface instead of holding it.
Power Reset
If your device is frozen, please press and hold the “volume+” and “volume-” buttons
together for about 10 seconds, then the APX071 will be power off constrainedly. You need
power on the device again.
