1. Plug smart phone to Smart Box USB2.
2. Press the power button and Smart Box will start charging phone.
Smart Box is on and plugged to USB2.0 portable storage:
1. Plug portable storage to Sma rt Box USB A-type 1.
2. Smart Box start sharing portable storage data via WiFi.
當 Smart Box 電源為開啟狀態連接手機或平板電腦 :
1. 將智慧型手機連接至 Smart Box USB2。
2. 按開關後 Smart Box 開始為手機充電。
當 Smart Box 電源為開啟狀態連接 USB2.0 隨身存儲裝置 :
1. 將 USB2.0 隨身存儲裝置連接至 Smart Box USB 1 連接埠。
2. Smart Box 開始以 WiFi 分享 USB2.0 隨身存儲裝置內的資料。
当 Smart Box 电源为开启状态连接智能手机或平板机 :
1. 将智能型手机连接至 Smart Box USB2。
2. 按开关后 Smart Box 开始为手机充电。
当 Smart Box 电源为开启状态连接 USB2.0 随身存储装置 :
1. 将 USB2.0 随身存储装置连接至 Smart Box USB 1 端口。
2. Smart Box 开始以 WiFi 分享 USB2.0 随身存储装置内的数据。
Smart Box がパワーオンのとき , 電話またはタブレットを接続するためにオンになっている場合：
1. Smart Box USB2 にスマートフォンを接続してください。
2. ボタンスイッチを押して Smart Box はスマートフォンの充電を始めます。

立達國際保證所有產品在保固期間內，若出現材料或功能上的瑕疵與故障，立達國際將以維修或更換同等級產品的方式來服務消
費者。
2. 有限保固
本保固條款之適用範圍，不包括產品因非自然或外在因素所造成的損壞，且立達就儲存性產品內的資料恕不負責，如有下列狀況
發生，則產品皆不適用於立達產品保固條款
(1) 因天災、人為不當操作等非產品本身之因素故障時。
(2) 產品經過非本公司授權之技術人員維修或拆裝時。
(3) 保固標籤或防拆標籤被更改 , 破損或遺失時。
(4) 產品序號不符或序號破損、不清楚時。
(5) 透過非立達授權之經銷管道所購買之產品。
3. 免責條款
(1) 立達國際僅就本公司產品之維修與檢測負責，未提供產品內儲存資料的救援或備份服務。對任何因素造成本公司產品內所儲存
的資料遺失，本公司不負任何責任。
(2) 立達國際對於送修之運送過程中因任何因素造成之產品不良或損壞及資料遺失亦不負責，建議您於送修前先將儲存於本公司產
品內之所有資料自行備份並從送修產品中刪除。
(3) 在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，任何因使用本公司產品所致或有關之營利損失、預期成本損失、資料遺失、或其他間接、意外
或衍生性之損失或損傷，立達國際均不負任何賠償責任。
(4) 立達公司之產品非為高安全性的用途所設計，本公司不建議您將本公司產品應用於生命維持設備、或其他因產品之瑕疵或故障
可能會導致人身傷亡的設備中，包括但不限於醫療或其相關設備、軍事或其相關設備、航空器、交通控制設備、災害預防系統、
燃燒控制系統、核能設備。倘本公司產品經使用於此類應用中時，本公司將不對此應用所衍生之任何人身傷亡及任何損失負責。
其他聲明
• 上述保固條款為唯一且全部的，將取代所有其它口頭或書面之約定，且未伴隨其他未於此載明之任何本產品適銷性或適用於特
定目的之保證，不論明示或默示。
• 若特定國家 / 區域之法令對於產品保固期有最長時間限制，立達國際將在該特定國家 / 區域法律允許之最大範圍內，對當地之
消費者提供技術支援與保固服務。
• 若特定國家 / 區域之法令不允許默示保證責任之排除，立達國際僅承認該默示保證責任於該特定國家 / 區域在立達國際明示的
保固期限內有效。
4. 保固條款適用的對象
立達國際保固服務條款，僅適用於透過合法銷售通路購得本公司產品的消費者。
5. 保固期限
(1) 無線存儲充電寶：
無線存儲充電寶皆享有一年保固。保固期內，產品若因自然因素損壞，皆享有免費維修服務。
(2) 記憶卡：
SD/ Mini SD/ MMC/ CF 系列記憶卡，皆享有五年保固。保固期內，產品若因自然因素損壞，皆享有免費維修服務。
6. 維修時效
(1) 依故障產品類別、消費者送修方式以及相關維修條件之不同，有不同的維修時效規定。
(2) 現場檢測換貨： 此服務僅限於全省立達授權服務中心之主流產品。維修時效依個別產品故障之狀況而定，若故障原因及情形
不能現場判定，則需由服務中心代送故障產品回總公司維修部門進行檢測、判定。請消費者多加利用授權服務中心取得最快速
的服務。
(3) 維修品代收服務： 故障品送至原購買經銷商或全省立達授權服務中心，但不屬於現場服務範圍者，可享有維修品代收送 之服
務，但此服務並不包含產品寄送所產生之運費。 註： 立達全省授權服務中心在下列情況，有可能無法達成現場換貨之服務；
一、不屬於現場維修範圍，需將產品送回總公司維修部門檢測者。
二、需付費維修，而消費者無法立即決定是否要進行修復。
7. 其他注意事項
(1) 具儲存功能之產品，請於送修前先將產品內的原有資料自行備份留存。立達國際不保證維修過程中仍可 保有資料的完整性。
(2) 部份產品之維修是採用備品更換方式作業，故維修後之產品可能非原本之送修品。
(3) 由於產品汰換快速，遇該款產品停產或原廠不再維修時，立達國際將以同等級「替代品」更換之。

的资料遗失，本公司不负任何责任。
(2) 立达国际对于送修之运送过程中因任何因素造成之产品不良或损伤及资料遗失亦不负责，建议您于送修前先将储存于本公司产

本有限保証は Gigastone 製品の修理または交換のみ承ります。
Gigastone は、Gigastone 製品の取り外し、修理、インストール、またはシステムのトラブルによるデータの損失やコストに
ついて、一切の責任を負いかねます。
3. 保証対象のお客様。
Gigastone の保証ポリシーは、認可を受けた代理店にて Gigastone 製品をお買い上げのすべてのお客様に適用されます。.
4. 保証期間

5. その他
(1) Gigastone は保証対象の製品について、処理中のデータの完全性は保証致しかねます。
(2) 保証サービスを受ける際は、必ず事前にデータのバックアップをお取りください。
(3) 一部の製品においては、メンテナンスや修理に際し本来とは異なる部品を起用する場合がございます。このため、修理済み
製品には本来のものとは異なる部品が使われる場合があります。
(4) 保証対象の製品が生産終了または製造停止となった場合、Gigastone は自由裁量により、該当製品を修理する代わりに、
代替品と交換する場合がございます。
6. RMA 情報
RMA のヘルプが必要な場合は、お買い上げ店にお問い合わせください。 または、Gigastone 本社より RMA サービスをご提供

1. Warranty policy
Gigastone provides replacement or repair services to our customers for defective products within the applicable warranty
period.
2. Limitation of warranty
Please note that Gigastone is not responsible for providing free repairs if the product defect is caused by any of the
following factors:
(1) Damage caused by natural calamity or any inappropriate usage.
(2) Product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technicians.
(3) The warranty label is altered, damaged or missing.
(4) Product serial number does not conform to our original system or the label has been damaged.
(5) Products purchased from unauthorized agents. This limited warranty covers only repairs or replacements of Gigastone
products. Gigastone is not liable for any loss of data or any cost incurred from determining the source of system
problems, removing, servicing or installing Gigastone products.
3. Disclaimer
(1) The warranty Gigastone provides on Gigastone products (“products”) is limited to repair and inspect in-warranty
products, exclusive of data recovery and back up. Gigastone shall not be liable for any damages and/or loss of data
stored in products.
(2) Gigastone shall in no event be liable for any defect, damage or data lost occurred during the delivery of in-warranty
products. prior to claiming warranty service, Gigastone recommends that you have a backup of your data and remove
your data from in-warranty products.
(3) In no event shall Gigastone be liable under this statement for loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or
indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages to the extent that those losses or damages can be disclaimed
by law.
(4) Since Gigastone products are not designed for high-safety applications, Gigastone does not recommend applying the
products in life support systems or other equipment which may lead to personal injury or death if such equipment
are defective or have a breakdown, including but not limited to medical or medical-related equipment, military or
military-related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, combustion control
system and nuclear energy system. Gigastone shall not be liable for any personal injury or death or any loss or
damages to property arising from such kind of application.
• This warranty is solely and entirely on the products and supersedes all other warranties and representations,
whether in oral or written, between you and Gigastone. Gigastone makes no other warranties, including any
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressly or impliedly.
• In the event that the law of certain country/region stipulates a maximum warranty period on products, Gigastone
will, in such country/region, with respect to the products, provide technical support and warranty service to local
consumers in accordance with such stipulation.
• In the event that the law of certain country/region prohibits the exclusion of implied warranty, Gigastone shall,
in such country/region, only be liable for the implied warranty on the products during Gigastone’s expressed
warranty period.
4. Customers eligible for warranty service.
Gigastone warranty policy applies to all customers who purchased Gigastone products through authorized agents.
5. Duration of Warranty
(1) Smart Box:
Smart Box series product are covered by one-year warranty.
(2) Flash Card:
SD/ CF/ MMC/ mini SD/ MMC Plus: these memory cards are covered by five-year warranty.
NOTE : Please note that after Gigastone issues a product’s “END-OF-LINE” (E.O.L.) notice, Gigastone will offer a
comparable substitute product instead of repairing the item under warranty. Please visit Gigastone Legacy Products.
6. Additional Remark
(1) Gigastone under no circumstance will be responsible for the information or data stored in the Gigastone products
claimed by warranty. Gigastone recommends for customers to do a data back up in advance before sending their
products for warranty service.
(2) Some products may require the use of non-original replacement parts during maintenance and repair, so the final
repaired products may contain non-original components.
(3) In the event of a warranty request for a product that has been discontinued or is no longer serviced, Gigastone will, at
its discretion, offer a comparable substitute product instead of repairing the item under warranty.
(4) When the customers are returning authorized products to Gigastone, they are responsible for one way transportation
cost and insurance.Gigastone will cover one way transportation cost for those materials under warranty when
returning back to customer. However, all related cost for nationalization is customer responsibility.
