• This item is supplied with batterie(s) for try me function, 2 LR6 (1.5V) (included and replacable)
(details in the instruction drawing)
• Non-rechargable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries.
• Advise for maintenance and use of a battery toy:
- For optimal performance, use only alkaline batteries.
- The replacement of the batteries to be made by adult following the instructions.
• The supplied batteries are for demonstration only and should not be included as integral part of
the purchase price of the toy. It is possible that the batteries are weak or discharged prior to
purchase. remove the batteries at the time of purchase and replace them with the correct type
of batteries according to the instruction / diagram attached".

DIELINE CHANGE (after Proof 1): up to $710.00 PER EACH
EXTRA REVISIONS (before mechanical release): up to $510.00 PER EACH
ADDITIONAL MECHANICALS (after mechanical release): UP TO $710.00 PER EACH
RUSH CHARGE: 50% of total estimate
RUSH CHARGE: Normal lead-time is 21-28 workdays w/o photos OR 28-32 workdays
w/ photos. A rush fee of at least 50% will be offered if needed in less time. If this
charge is not accepted, we will respond with our best possible release date.
Supplier will provide all DIE-LINES, PACKAGING FORMS (including any and all
warnings, copy, etc.) & PHOTOGRAPHY PRODUCT SAMPLES OR REQUESTED IMAGES
according to Walmart and/or McHale Design specifications. After Proof 1 is posted,
if these items are delayed, have misinformation and/or are amended, this will result
in OVERDUE RELEASE DATES and DIELINE CHANGES WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES.
McHale Design is not responsible for any misinformation, incorrect die-lines and/or
any errors after files have been approved and released, regardless of how many
proofs were posted.
