Important Safety and Product Information
CAUTION The device may cause skin irritation.
Prolonged contact may contribute to skin irritation or allergies in some users.
To reduce irritation, follow four simple wear and care tips: (1) Keep it clean; (2)
keep it dry; (3) don’t wear it too tight, and (4) give your wrist a rest by removing
the band for an hour after extended wear.

removing the device, consult your doctor.
The device contains electrical equipment that could cause injury if not handled
properly.
If you feel soreness, tingling, numbness, burning or stiffness in your hands or wrists
while or after wearing the product, please discontinue use.
• Do not attempt to replace the battery or open the enclosure or disassemble
your Fitbit product. Doing so will void the warranty and can result in a safety
hazard.*
• Do not use your Fitbit product if the display is cracked.
• Substances in this product and its battery may harm the environment or cause
injury if handled and disposed of improperly.
• Do not expose your Fitbit product to extremely high or low temperatures.
• Do not use your Fitbit product in a sauna or steam room.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your Fitbit product.
• Remove your Fitbit product if it feels warm or hot.
• Do not dispose of your Fitbit product in a fire. The battery could explode.
• Charge the battery in accordance with the instructions provided during setup.
Only use a computer, powered hub or power supply that is certified by a
recognized testing laboratory and an authorized Fitbit charging cable.*
• Do not wear your Fitbit product while charging it.*
• Do not charge your Fitbit product while it is wet.*

its products to calculate measurements as accurately as possible. The accuracy of
Fitbit devices is not intended to match medical devices or scientific measurement
devices, but is intended to give you the best information available in a wearable
activity tracker.

this product must be disposed separately from ordinary

own collection centres for batteries and electronic equipment recycling. For
information about where to recycle your Fitbit product, please visit help.fitbit.
com, or contact your local waste management authority or the retailer where
you bought the product.
Limited Product Warranty
Fitbit warrants to the original purchaser that your Fitbit-branded device and Fitbitbranded device accessories (collectively, the “Product”) shall be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase, except that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and
you purchased your Fitbit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years
from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
Remedies. If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received
by Fitbit within the applicable Warranty Period, Fitbit will, at its option and to the
extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or
refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished
Product. In the event of such a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are
your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except
where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Product Warranty is valid only in
the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by Fitbit itself or through its authorized
reseller or agent and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such
jurisdictions. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the
original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional
period of time that may be required by applicable law
How to Obtain Warranty Service. To obtain warranty service, a return authorization
must be requested from our customer service team. To request a return
authorization, please contact customer service at http://help.fitbit.com/. The
return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
You must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging
providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Fitbit. As may
be required by applicable law, Fitbit may require you to furnish proof of purchase
details and/or comply with other requirements before receiving warranty service.
It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may
have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that such data, software, or
other materials will be lost or reformatted during warranty service, and Fitbit will
not be responsible for any such loss. For more specific instructions on how to obtain
warranty service on your Product, visit the Fitbit Product Help website (www.help.
fitbit.com).
Exclusions And Limitations. Fitbit does not warrant that the operation of the
Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. This Limited Product Warranty does not
cover software embedded in any Product and related services provided by Fitbit.

This Limited Product Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product
that was purchased from an authorized reseller or sales channel and manufactured
by or for Fitbit that can be identified by an authorized “Fitbit” trademark, trade
name, or logo affixed to it. Without limiting the foregoing, the Limited Product
Warranty does not apply to any (a) Fitbit products and services other than
the Products, (b) non-Fitbit products, even if included or sold with a Product,
including, without limitation, any counterfeit products, (c) products that are, or
Fitbit reasonably believes to be, stolen, (d) consumables (such as batteries), or (e)
software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the Product.
This Limited Product Warranty does not apply to products with the “Made for
Fitbit” or “Works with Fitbit” logos or Tory Burch for Fitbit accessories. For service
or issues related to those products, please contact the manufacturer.
This warranty does not apply to a Product or part of a Product that has been
serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized
by Fitbit, nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and
dents. In addition, this Limited Product Warranty does not apply to damage or
defects caused by (a) use with non-Fitbit products; (b) accident, abuse, misuse,
mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) normal wear and
tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching; or (d) operating
the Product (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Fitbit, (ii) not
in accordance with instructions provided by Fitbit, or (iii) with improper voltage or
power supply.
No Fitbit reseller, distributor, agent or employee is authorized to make any
modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Product Warranty. If any term
contained herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability
of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Implied Warranties. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some jurisdictions do not
allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation
may not apply to you.
Limitation of Damages. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, FITBIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS,
REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF FITBIT HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Governing Law. This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State
of California, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may
provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
National Statutory Rights. Consumers in some jurisdictions may have legal rights
under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods,
including, without limitation, national laws implementing EC Directive 99/44. These
rights are not affected by the warranties in this Limited Warranty.

Garanzia limitata sul prodotto
Fitbit garantisce all’acquirente originale che il dispositivo elettronico Fitbit e i suoi
accessori Fitbit (collettivamente, il “Prodotto”) saranno privi di difetti di materiali
e lavorazione durante l’utilizzo normale per un periodo di un (1) anno dalla data
di acquisto, ad eccezione dei residenti nello Spazio Economico Europeo (SEE) per i
quali, se hanno acquistato il prodotto Fitbit nello SEE, il periodo di garanzia è di due

Rimedi. Qualora si riscontri tale difetto e se Fitbit riceve una richiesta di
autorizzazione alla restituzione entro il Periodo di garanzia valido, Fitbit provvederà,
a sua discrezione e nella misura consentita dalla legge, (1) a riparare gratuitamente
il Prodotto utilizzando pezzi di ricambio nuovi o rimessi a nuovo o (2) a sostituire il
Prodotto con un Prodotto nuovo o uno rimesso a nuovo. In caso di tale difetto, nella

Beschränkte Produktgarantie
Fitbit sichert dem Erstkäufer zu, dass Ihr Gerät und Gerätezubehör der Marke Fitbit

einem (1) Jahr ab dem Kaufdatum frei von Material- und Herstellungsfehlern sind.

有限產品擔保
Fitbit 向原始買方擔保，自購買之日起一 (1) 年內，您的 Fitbit

用的情況下不會存在材料和工藝方面的缺陷，但如您居住在
歐洲經濟區 (EEA) 且您在 EEA 購買您的 Fitbit 產品，則擔保期限
為自購買之日起兩 (2) 年（「擔保期限」）。
補救措施
如出現這種缺陷且 Fitbit 在適用的擔保期限內收到退貨授權請
求，Fitbit 將在法律允許的範圍內自行選擇 (1) 使用新或翻新
備件免費維修產品，或 (2) 用新或翻新產品更換原產品。如
出現這種缺陷，在法律允許的範圍內，這些是您唯一及獨有

Fitbit 分銷商、經銷商、代理商或僱員均無權對本有限產品擔
保作出任何修改、延期或添加。如本文所載的任何條款被認

行性不會受到影響或損害。
默示擔保
除適用法律禁止的情形外，所有默示擔保（包括但不限於適
銷性和符合特定用途的擔保）期限不超過本有限擔保期限。
部分司法管轄區不准許限制默示擔保期限，因此上述限制可
能不適用於您。
損害限制
除適用法律禁止的情形外，Fitbit 概不對因任何違反明示或默
示擔保或條件的行為而產生的或在任何其他法律理論下的
任何附帶、間接、特殊或隨之發生的損害（包括但不限於
利潤、收入或資料損失）負責，即便 Fitbit 已獲知存在該損
害的可能性。部分司法管轄區不准許排除或限制特殊、間
接、附帶或隨之發生的損害，因此上述限制或排除可能不適
用於您。
管轄法律
本有限擔保應受美國加利福尼亞州法律管轄，不考慮可提供
其他司法管轄區法律應用的任何法律衝突原則。
國家法定權利
部分司法管轄區的消費者可能在管轄消費品銷售的適用國家
立法下擁有法定權利，包括但不限於實施歐盟指令 99/44 的
國家法律。這些權利概不受本有限擔保中的擔保所影響。
