The Quick Access Toolbar:

From the drop down arrow, you can select to “Show below the Ribbon.” This is a customizable toolbar. Now that

you have moved this below the ribbon, you have given yourself more room to add custom tools. From the drop

down select “More Commands…”

Expand out the top chevron; now expand out quick access, and quick access toolbar. Now you can drag as

many commands from the command list up to the toolbar list as you wish. These tools are always visible no

matter what tab of the ribbon you are in.
