Autodesk® A360 Collaboration for Revit® is a Cloud Subscription service that works

with Revit® software to connect building project teams with centralized access to

BIM project data in the cloud. Teams stay connected in real time using the

Communicator chat tool within models. Integrated with Autodesk A360,

Collaboration for Revit enables the entire project teams to work on shared building

information models.

From March 23, 2015 through July 24, 2015, Autodesk is offering an online Rebate

of $400 when customers purchase a new annual term licenses of Autodesk® A360

Collaboration for Revit® with a qualifying purchase of Autodesk® Building Design

Suite Premium or Autodesk® Building Design Suite Ultimate commercial new

license or crossgrade with Maintenance Subscription.

Multiple rebates may be redeemed by a single customer providing multiple

qualifying purchases are made. One rebate may be redeemed for each Autodesk®

A360 Collaboration for Revit® that is accompanied by a qualifying purchase of

Autodesk Building Design Suite.

TO PARTICIPATE

Adherence is required to all the Terms and Conditions herein:

1. Eligible Products must be ordered and invoiced between March 23, 2015,

through July 24, 2015 (dates are inclusive);

2. Go to www.autodesk.com/collaborationforrevitpromo to complete the

online rebate form with the product purchase information, including the

Autodesk or Vendor part number of the product licenses, price and quantity of

licenses purchased;

3. Submit contact information and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the

rebate offer;

4. Upload a copy of the Proof of Purchase;

5. Print the resulting email confirmation for your records

PROOF OF PURCHASE:

A clear, legible electronic copy or scan of the original invoices or sales receipts for

eligible product licenses purchased between March 23, 2015 and July 24, 2015

(dates are inclusive), and include a description of the product licenses purchased,

Autodesk part number of the product licenses purchased, quantity of licenses

purchased, price, and the reseller name (proof of perpetual license purchased)

must be included with your online submission. Handwritten part numbers are

acceptable. Incomplete or missing information will cause the submission to be

disqualified. Purchase orders will not be accepted as proof of license purchase

except in cases of third party financing where an invoice is provided by the

financing company and it references the corporate or individual end-user.

OTHER OFFERS

The Autodesk Collaboration for Revit Rebate offer may be combined with financing

offers that may currently be available. The offer may not be combined with any

other Autodesk offer, special pricing or other offers unless otherwise specified.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Products must be purchased from an authorized Autodesk reseller or

distributor. This promotion is valid in the 50 United States and Canada only; void

where prohibited or restricted by law. Commercial and Government customers may

participate. Only the Licensee of the qualifying product license may participate and

make a submission for the rebate. Autodesk channel partners, resellers,

distributors and purchasing agents may not participate in this promotion.

Educational (including education-to-commercial transfers) and Personal Learning

Licenses are not eligible for this promotion. Major Account discounts may not be

combined with this promotion. This promotion is not valid for product licenses

purchased through the Autodesk Employee Purchase Program. You must be a

legal U.S. or Canadian resident, 18 years of age or older to participate.

ANY CLAIMS SUBMITTED MORE THAN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS

FOLLOWING THE INVOICE DATE OF THE QUALIFYING PRODUCT

PURCHASE WILL BE INELIGIBLE. DUPLICATE SUBMISSIONS WILL RENDER

ALL SUBMISSIONS INELIGIBLE. STRICT AUDITING WILL OCCUR;

INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DENIED AND ONLY SUBMISSION

CORRECTIONS WITHIN THE QUALIFYING SUBMISSION PERIOD WILL BE

RECONSIDERED. BY SUBMITTING YOUR REBATE CLAIM YOU AGREE TO BE

BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. PLEASE ALLOW A

MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) WEEKS FOR PROCESSING OF YOUR REBATE CLAIM.

DISCLAIMERS, NOTICES, MISCELLANEOUS

Please keep copies of all materials for your records. Eligible product licenses

may not be returned for refund once the promotional offer form has been submitted.

Autodesk is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected deliveries or mail. Delays

in the delivery of Eligible Products by a reseller, regardless of circumstance, will

render the customer ineligible pursuant to this program and Autodesk shall not be

liable for any such delay or error on the part of the reseller. Without exception, after

August 24, 2015, under no circumstance will rebate eligibility be considered,

regardless of circumstance, even if the submission would have otherwise qualified.

Materials received become the property of Autodesk and will not be returned. This

promotion is not transferable or applicable toward future purchases. Multiple

entries for the same license will be disqualified.

RESTRICTIONS. AUTODESK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND

OR MODIFY PART OF OR THIS ENTIRE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT

NOTICE, FOR ANY REASON IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. PRICES FOR

AUTODESK SOFTWARE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
