For a limited time, customers can benefit from low financing rates
of either 0% or 2.9% for 24 months, or 3.9% for 12 months when
meeting certain eligibility requirements on perpetual licenses of
Autodesk®
software and Maintenance Subscription. Taking
advantage of this offer will enable customers to:
• Keep up with the latest Autodesk software while potentially
reducing disruption of cash flow
• Increase software purchasing power with low financing rates
• Mee
t anticipated growth needs with minimal increase in
monthly payments
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
The financing offer is valid from August 4, 2014 through October
24, 2014, or until $8 million in funding is allocated (whichever
occurs first) as determined by Autodesk. This promotion is valid in
the 50 United States and Canada only, and is subject to approval
by one of the identified financing partners; void where prohibited
or restricted by law.
Minimum transaction size (US or CAD) to qualify for 0% financing
for 24 months is $75,000 up to a maximum of $150,000; for 2.9%
financing for 24 months is $25,000 up to a maximum of $74,999;
for 3.9% financing for 12 months is $10,000 up to a maximum of
$24,999.
Only Autodesk perpetual licenses and Autodesk
Maintenance
Subscription purchases are eligible for this offer.
Autodesk Desktop Subscription, Consulting Services, partner
training and services, and/or other related purchases are not
eligible. The Autodesk FY15 Q3 Financing offer may not be
combined with multi-ye
ar Subscription contracts. Autodesk
Maintenance Subscription may not exceed 40% of the total
amount financed. Autodesk Maintenance Subscription is not
required to receive promotional financing.
Commercial customers, including Named Accounts, U.S.
Government
(Federal/State/Local) accounts and Canadian
Federal Government Accounts purchasing via DLT or direct with
Autodesk may participate.
Educational licenses including new,
upgrades and migrations, and education-to-commercial transfers
do not qualify.
This promotion is not valid for product licenses
purchased through the Autodesk Employee Purchase Program.
Participants must be legal U.S. or Canadian residents, 18 years of
age or older.
OTHER OFFERS
The Autodesk FY15 Q3 Financing Offer may be combined with
other offers and promotions, unless otherwise noted.

Through this program, Autodesk has arranged financing rates of
0% for 24 months, 2.9% for 24 months or 3.9% for 12 months
promotional financing through an authorized Finance Partner.

OR MODIFY PART OF OR THIS ENTIRE PROMOTION AT ANY
TIME WITHOUT NOTICE, FOR ANY REASON IN ITS SOLE

PRICES FOR AUTODESK SOFTWARE ARE
SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Offer subject to reseller participation. Resellers are independent
and free to set their own prices. Reseller prices may vary.
All credit applications must be submitted and approved by the
financing partner by 12:00pm Central Standard Time on October
24, 2014 to qualify for promotional pricing. Customer must take
delivery of financed product no later than October 31, 2014.
