MobilePhone-UserManual Troubleshooting  No applications can be set Requested function is not supported by your service provider or registration is required. Contact your service provider. Charging error The battery is not charged.  Charge the battery. The outside temperature is too hot or too cold. Charge the tablet in a location that is within the recommended temperature range(32oF~113oF)The battery has a contact problem. Check the charger and its connection to the phone.  No voltage detected.  Plug the charger into a different power outlet. The charger is defective.  Replace the charger. Using the wrong charger.  Use only genuine Haier accessories.  Impossible to receive / send photos Tablet internal memory is full. Delete some images in your  phone.  Files do not open Unsupported file format.  Check the supported file formats. No sound The tablet is set to silent mode or vibration mode. Check the Sound Profile in the Sound menu to make sure that the tablet is not set to Silent mode or Vibration mode.  Broken AntennaDon’t use your phone if the antenna is damaged, as it could cause injury.   Around Children Keep your mobile out of children’s reach. It should never be used  as a toy and it might not be good for their health.  Original Accessories Only use the original accessories supplied with your phone or those approved by the manufacturer. The use of unauthorized accessories may damage your phone or cause a safety risk.  Near Explosives and Fire hazard  Turn off your phone in or near explosive materials or heat sources such as radiators or cookers. Always obey local regulations and laws. Turn off your phone when requested.  Emergency Calls To make an emergency call your phone must be turned on and in an area where there’s network coverage. Dial the national emergency number and press ‘send’. Explain exactly where you are and don’t hang up until help has arrived. Working Temperature The working temperature for the phone is between -20 Degree and 40 Degree Celsius. Please don’t use the phone outside the range.
