NEWFI MOBILE DIAGNOSTICS
Android & IOS
The NewFI mobile diagnostic tool is capable of obtaining information from an appliance for service diagnostics and deliver
new software updates to the appliance. The system consists of a Bluetooth module (referred to as the Bluebean), a RJ45
cable to connect to the appliance and an Android or IOS phone or tablet. The Bluebean transmits information to and from
the appliance to the phone/tablet via Bluetooth and the phone/tablet transmits back to the appliance via Bluetooth or to the
cloud (Amazon Web Service) via Wi-Fi or 4G to communicate analytic data and download updates.

FCC/IC Compliance Statement:
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions.
1. This device may not cause harmful interference.

NOTE that any changes or modifications to this wireless communication device that are not expressly approved by the manufacturer
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
FCC RF Radiation Exposure Statement:
This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be
installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and your body. This transmitter must not be co-located or
operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
This device complies with Industry Canada’s license-exempt RSSs. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

Although not recommended, if using a 120V adapter or a
12V 2.5mm barrel jack AC converter to power your device,
use the recommended parts below.
1. 120V adapter:

2. 12V 2.5mm barrel jack AC converter:
Requirements are as follows:
Output 12VDC
Input 100 – 140 VAC minimum
Output Current: 200mA minimum
Must be UL rated and FCC Part 15B Class B rated
Must have over current protection of at most 3A
Operating temperature of 0°C – 40°C minimum
