The Mounting Base attaches to a bench top or table (capable of supporting the weight of the Mounting
Base and workpieces) using bolts or screws (not provided). The Deep Throat Hand Punch (SKU 91510)
slides over the pin in the base as shown in Fig. 2. Secure the Hand Punch by tightening the two screws
(2) shown in Fig.1 evenly. Periodically check all hardware for tightness.
