When unpacking, make sure that
the item is intact and undamaged. If any
parts are missing or broken, please call
Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown
on the cover of this manual as soon as

1.	 Remove the plastic wrap from the two
Ball Holder Trays (3).
2.	 Unfasten the latch on the trap door
that is on the outside of Rotary Cage
(1). Place thumb under the latch’s
oval tab and lift up. The latch may
be difficult to operate initially, a fair
amount of pressure may be needed.
3.	 Once the door latch is open, place all
seventy-five Numbered Balls (2) into
the Rotary Cage (1).

the winner.
8.	 A player with a winning combination of
numbers should call out “BINGO!” to
