Tilt head of Mood Lomp to select 0 Fight mode. You can either leave the lamp head tilted, or you
con return it to the neutrol position to stay in o particular mode. In any light mode, if you
tilt the head let? it will turn ofi the lights and put the lamp back into the dehult
Musical Mood mode (see heiow fior more information about Musical Mood).
When a light mode listed below hos beet detection (it senses your
music and plays animations to the beat), you will see this icon.
When 0 light mode listed below doesn’t have beat detection,
you will see this icon.
This is the default mode when the head is in neutral position or hos
been tilted left.
You can create your own melodies in this mode by touching sensors
on the lamp heod. Use one finger to top out single notes or drag your
lingers across the head to create melodies While you are Greeting your
melodies, the beat detection function will be tempororily disabled. Once
you stop touching the lamp, it will be able to pick up the beat ol your
music again and will play cm LED light show to your music.

Tilt head forward to get into this mode,
When you touch the lamp heod sensor the sure to hold your lingers in
place tor a few seconds), the lights will react by slowly glowing away
from your touch and Mood ELamp will ploy a calm melody. Ahhhl
For on automated groovy mood light showa hold your whole hand on
the lamp head tor several seconds. The light Show will last about 30
minutes, then lamp will 0 into sleep mode. Once lamp goes into the
automated groovy moog light show, the sensors will no longer react to
your touch. To get back into regular groovy mood mode, tilt the head
torword.
Tilt head to the right to get into this mode.
This mode allows you to select the color of the lamp ”chin" lights,

you’ve selected your glow color, lomp lunctionality becomes just like
the Musical Mood mode (you can drag your lingers across the head

Happy Mood hos 6 different automated light shows, lus on
option that continuously loops through oil 6 shows. Til: lomp heocl
backward to choose your show; to get to the loop option, tilt head
backward 7 times. Then sit back and enioy the “dancing” lights!
To conserve batteries, heocl sensors will shut ott after 5 minutes it they aren’t being touched
if it’s in o light mode, the lamp will continue to glow For about 30 minutes, then it will go into
sleep mode. Tilt the head in any direction to ”wake” Mood Lamp Upf
While Moor;l Lomp is in sleep mode, itwill continue to "listen” for communications From other
ROOM TECH BEINGZ characters and respond accordingly. it will also continue to monitor
the light level in your room and light up when your room gets dork.
For best results and to conserve battery life, slide GN/QFF switch to ”QFF”
when yoo won’t be in your room interacting with Mood Lamp.

When your BEINGZ chorocters ”tcik to eoch
other, you’ii notice that they share mood and
personality onimotions. They might even signoi one
another to make interesting sound effects. The more
you interact with your BEINGZ, the more they'((
interoct with each other!
Once you've switched Mood Lamp on for the first
time (which takes it out of “TRY ME" mode), the
fabric tog becomes the ”Mk" mode tog. it iets you
choose Whether your Mood Lamp con "talk" to cmy
other BElNGZ characters you might hove.
When you First activate it, Mood Lomp is outomoticoity set in ”Talk”
mode (Mood Lomp’s eyes glow green)‘ it you don’t want it to
communicate with your other BEINGZ, press its ”Toik” mode tog once
(Mood Lomp's eyes will giow orange}.
Press the "Talk" mode tog again it you wont to turn "Toiik" mode hock
on (eyes Wiii glow green again). (3
