MyQ™ LAMP MODULE MODEL 825LM OVERVIEW The Lamp Module offers a quick and convenient way to control the lights in your home. The module can be programmed to a remote control, a garage door opener, or a MyQ™ Gateway device. The module is compatible with up to 5 Security✚®2.0 remote controls OR a combination of up to 3 garage door openers or MyQ™ Gateway devices. This product is NOT recommended for household appliances. SPECIFICATIONS Bulb Type: Compact fluorescent, incandescent, halogen, or LED Bulb Wattage: Up to 150 Wattss Power Button To prevent possible SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH from electrocution or fire, the light control is ONLY for indoor use. Learn Button NOTICE: To comply with FCC and or Industry Canada rules (IC), adjustment or modifications of this receiver and/or transmitter are prohibited, except for changing the code setting or replacing the battery. THERE ARE NO OTHER USER SERVICEABLE PARTS. Tested to Comply with FCC Standards for Home or office use. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Lamp Outlet LED MODES OF OPERATION The module can be programmed to a remote control, a garage door opener, or a MyQ™ Gateway device. REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION: Allows you to activate the module from a remote control. GARAGE DOOR OPENER OPERATION: Allows you to synchronize the module with your garage door opener light bulbs. Example: The garage door opener light bulbs are set to automatically turn off after 4 ½ minutes, the module will also turn off after 4 ½ minutes. MyQ™ GATEWAY OPERATION: Allows you to activate the module from a web browser (requires a MyQ™ Gateway device). INSTALLATION & PROGRAMMING Plug the lamp into the module and plug the module into an electrical outlet (the LED on the module will flash). NOTE: Make sure the lamp is switched ON. Press the following (depending on the mode of operation): Button on Remote Control Learn Button on Garage Door Opener If the lamp is not ON, press and release the Power button on the module to turn the lamp ON. Learn Button on MyQ™ Gateway device Press and release the Learn button on the module (the LED on the module will light). The lamp’s light bulb will blink and the LED on the module will turn OFF when the device has been programmed. TO ERASE ALL PROGRAMMING ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Press and hold the Learn button on the module for 6 seconds. All programming is now erased.
