 Wireless vehicle weighting kit manual  Main features and parts 1. Four electronic weighting pads with wireless central process display unit. 2. Each weighting pad has a capacity of 1000 lbs.(454kg.) 3. Display unit operates with battery power (4AA).   4. Display indicates percentage (%) weight of each wheel relative to the total vehicle weight. 5. Display measures in lbs. or kg. for each wheel and the total vehicle weight.   6. Display in separate pages the cross, front, rear weight and percentage. 7. Display battery level for each individual pad and display box. 8. All information is shown on one LCD screen. Operating instructions.  1. Open the display box, insert 4 AA batteries into the battery pack.    2. Open the battery door of each weighing pad and pull out the battery pack.   3. Insert 4 AA batteries into each battery pack, and reinsert them into each weighing pad.   4. Power on each weighing pad by pressing the small button near the handle of each pad.   5. The red LED light next to the handle should light up. If it looks dim or does not light up, replace with four new AA batteries.   6. Put the respective weighing pads next to the wheels to be weighed and make sure the wheels are in the direction of the yellow arrow printed on the pad and in the middle position of the pad edge, as shown in the set up configuration above. 7. Make sure that the correct pad is positioned in front of the corresponding wheel: FR, FL, RR, and RL -Front Right, Front Left, Rear Right, and Rear Left. The handle of each weighing pad should be pointing outward to the side of the car as shown in the set up configuration above. 8. Power on the LCD unit by pressing the “On/Off” button. Wait until the weight readings all show zero or press the “Tare” button to zero. Press “Kg/lb” to choose lbs. or kg. 9. Wait until the reading of weight all showing zero or press “Tare” to zero. Press “unit” to choose metric or imperial. The battery power level indicator shows a cage with 3 dots inside represent the batteries are with full power. If the display shows only the cage , replace the 4 x AA batteries 10. Lift the vehicle up and put the respective center of the pad under and align with the center of the tire. Never press “Tare” if the vehicle is on the pads otherwise the vehicle has to be removed and reset zero again. 11. While the car is on the pads. Shake each of the corners of the car up and down to relieve out any residue stress or friction within the chassis.   12. The car total weigh, individual weigh of each wheel load as well as it’s percentage to the total weigh will shown accordingly at once.(Screen #1) 13. Press the unit key and keep holding with one finger, press the tare key once. The display passes to screen#2 and give you the total front and rear weight in percentage. Press the tare once again will give screen#3 that gives you the total left and right weight in percentage. Press the tare again will give screen#4 and gives you the cross weight of left front rear right percentage. Again screen#5 will give the cross weight of right front left rear percentage.   14. Press on/off to power off the unit. 15. Press the button on each pad to turn off the pads. Make sure the red LED lights are all off.
