Basic Connections
1.Connecting to the Power Supply
1)Connect the barrel connector of the AC adapter to the QS's DC IN.
2)Connect the plug of the AC adapter to a power outlet.
2.1nstalling an External HDD
1)Connect the SATA cable to the QS's SATA connector.
2)Connect the other end of the SATA cable to the HDD.
Audio and Video Connections
1.Connecting to your TV via HDMI
1)Connect the HDMI cable to the QS's HDMI output.
2)Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to an HDMI input on your TV.
2.Connecting to Home Theater Receiver or Sound System(S.1CH)
1)Connect the HDMI cable to the QS's HDMI output and connect the other end
of the HDMI cable to an HDMI input on your TV.
2)Connect the coaxial/optical cable to the QS's digital audio output and connect
the other end of the coaxial/optical cable to a digital audio input on the home
theater receiver or sound system.
3.Connecting to Home Thearter Receiver or Sound System(7.1CH)
1)Connect the HDMI cable to the QS's HDMI output and connect the other end
of the HDMI cable to an HDMI input on the home theater receiver or sound
system.
2)Connect the second HDMI cable to the HDMI output on the home theater
receiver or sound system and connect the other end of the second HDMI cable to
an HDMI input on your TV.
Network Connections
1.Wired
1)Connect the network cable to the QS's LAN port and connect the other end
of the network cable to an available port on a LAN switch,router or networked
wall plate.
2)Go to SETUP—tNETWORK to adjust wired settings.
2.Wireless
1) Go to SETUP-tNETWORK to adjust wireless settings.

Place Batteries in the Remote Control
1.Ho|d the remote control securely with the front facing down and turn
the IRM-end toward your body.
2.With your thumbs, push the back cover out.
3.With your thumb and fingers, lift the back cover up and lift it away.
4.Gent|y push the batteries into place.
5.Push in the back cover to lock the cover into place. You will hear a click
when the back cover is locked in place.
