GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your Hisense appliance is guaranteed against the cost of breakdown for 2 years from the date of
purchase. The guarantee does not, in any way, diminish your statutory or legal rights.
WHAT IS COVERED
· Repair costs if your products break down

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
· Faults caused by incorrect or substandard installation
· Faults caused by lack of or poor maintenance
· Accidental damage or misuse
· Repairs carried out by unauthorised repairer
· Repairs/replacement of cosmetic parts or accessories including knobs, handles & freezer flaps
· Repairs to appliances used in commercial premises unless authorised
· Use of non-original manufacturer’s parts
· Compensation for loss of use of appliance and consequential loss of any kind (damaged clothing, kitchen
hardware, floor covering etc.)
· Unblocking drainage channels on refrigeration equipment
· Damage caused by foreign objects or substances
· Consumable’s such as batteries, lamps, filters etc.
· Loss or damage to refrigerator contents
· Delivery damage if not reported within 7 days of purchase
· Engineer call outs resulting in no fault being found (engineer may charge for the callout fee)
LIMITATIONS
The guarantee is limited to the UK and Southern Ireland.
Transfer of the guarantee is not permitted without written permission.
