The Hitron CGNM is a MoCA (Multimedia over Coax Alliance) equipped
application gateway provides wireless high—speed Internet access and MoCA
networking to the Ethemet—enabled devices in your home for fast and easy
home entertainment network.
Connect the power
STEP Connect the power adaptor to me POWER port.
Connect wireless devices (optional)
STEP You can connect your wireless devices with the correct SSID
and Passphrase. If you have not changed them, the default
values are indicated on the sticker on the rear of the unit.

Setup(WPS) Push-Button Configuration (PBC)
procedure. Press the PBC button on your wireless clients in the
coverage area within two minutes to enable them to join
the wireless network.

identifying the problem.
IP addresses
If your gateway is successfully connected to the network (see LED display)
but you cannot access the Internet from a connected computer, your
computer’s IP Address may be set up wrongly. In your computer’s control
panel either ensure that the computer is configured to receive an IP
address automatically (recommended) or ensure that it has a static IP
address in the range 192.168.0.10~192.168.0.254. For more information,
consult your Operating System’s document.

On: Gateway is operational.
STATUS Off: Gateway is offline.
Green Blinking: The gateway is connected to one of the LAN ports
via a Fast Ethernet (100Mbps) link, and is
transmitting or receiving data.
On: The gateway is connected to one of the LAN ports
via a Fast Ethernet (100Mbps) link.
Blue Blinking: A device is connected to one of the LAN ports via
a Gigabit Ethernet (1000Mbps) link, and is
transmitting or receian data.
On: The gateway is connected to one of the LAN ports
via a Gigabit Ethernet (1000Mbps) link.
Off: No device is connected to one of the LAN ports.
Off : The CABLE port is not connected to a coax socket,
or the CABLE port is connected to a coax socket,
but no other MoCA device has been detected on
the coax network.
) Green steady: Another MoCA device has been detected on the
MoCA
coax network, and the CGNM has successfully
made a connection.
Green blinking: Data is being transferred to or from the CGNM over
the coax network.
