Keys95InformationKeysCarrying the Honda SMART Key allows you to operate the motorcycle.This motorcycle has two Honda SMART Key and a key number plate.The Honda SMART Key is equipped with a fuel fill cap key and steering lock key.The Honda SMART Key contains electronic circuits that are activated by the Honda SMART Key system. If the circuits are damaged, the Honda SMART Key will not operate.●Do not drop the Honda SMART Key orset heavy objects on them.●Protect the Honda SMART Key fromdirect sunlight, high temperature, andhigh humidity.●Do not scratch or puncture.●Do not store near any magnetizedproducts such as a magnetized key chain.●Always keep the Honda SMART Keyaway from electric appliances such as aTV, radio, PC or low-frequency massagedevice.●Keep the Honda SMART Key away fromliquids. If it gets wet, dry it immediatelywith a soft cloth.●Keep the Honda SMART Key away fromthe motorcycle while washing themotorcycle.●Do not burn.●Do not wash in the ultrasonic cleaner.●If fuel, wax, or grease adhere to theHonda SMART Key, wipe it offimmediately to avoid cracking orwarping.●Do not disassemble the Honda SMARTKey other than when changing a battery. Only the case of the Honda SMART Keycan be disassembled. Do not disassemble other parts.●Do not lose your Honda SMART Key. Ifyou lose it, you will need to register anew Honda SMART Key by your dealer.The battery in the Honda SMART Key system. normally lasts about 2 years.Do not keep mobile phones or other radio transmitting devices near the seat.
