Trouble Shooting
(A) Unable to connect
1.Beiore you install your Bluetooth keyboard, please make sure you have done the
Bluetooth Dongle installation procedure, and the Bluetooth tacllity is turned on.
2.Make sure the keyboard is within the elfective range-"10M.
3.Make sure that there's no change of the Bluetooth facility. If anything changed, please
kindly rematch,
4." your Bluetooth facility is connected to other Bluetooth products, please kindly confirm
that the speed oi the Bluetooth iaciiity is enough,
5Please kindly check the balleries, ll they are short 01 power, replace them for new ones
SPIease check if your Bluetooth Dongle is damaged or not,

Bluetooth Keyboard
Charging
The power light keeps flashing in your worklng, the keyboard is short or power. and ii is
time to charge the keyboard.
Step 1:Conned the USE power cable to lhe keyboard charging Inlertace.
Stop 2:Connecl the charging cable A port into USE DDWer.
The oharger'yellow Indicator light will slay on when the keyboard is charging .Onoe
charged. the yellow light will turn off.
Notes:
1.Alter you have finished charging, please shake left and right before unplug the use
cabie tor easy operation.
2.Please do remember to turn 0" the keyboard's power to extend battery life atter you
have finished using your keyboard.
3.F'Iease don't forget ID store the keyboard with at least half Of the battery power when
your keyboard needs a long time storage to make your keyboard lithium Iile longer.
4.Flease don't fold or curl the case when you are using the keyboard or didnt turn ofl
