Youcanchangethedefaultphonelockcode1234toanystringof4
to8digits.

PINandPUK
ContactyournetworkoperatorastowhetheraUserIdent ity
Module(UIM)cardisrequiredforyourphone.
Thepersonalidentificationnumber(PIN)protectsyourUIMcard
fromunauthorizeduse.ThePINUnlockKey(PUK)isusedtounlock
ablockedPIN.
IfyouenterwrongPINsthreetimesconsecutively,thephone
promptsyoutoenterthePUK.IfyouenterwrongPUKs10times
consecutively,theUIMcardbecomespermanentlyinvalidated.In
thiscase,contactyournetworkoperatorforareplacement.
ThePINandthePUKareprovidedwithyourUIMcard.Fordetails,
contactyournetworkoperator.

LockingtheKeypad
Whenthekeypadislocked,youcanstillanswerincomingcallsor
makeemergencycallsbypressingSendkey.
Iftheautokeyguardfunctionisenabled,afterthephonehasbeen
idleforapresetperiodoftimeinstandbymode,thekeypadis
lockedautomatically.
