332A Bluetooth headset user guide
Bluetooth headset features
1) Talk Key & Headset indicator light To accept/end call; blue/red colors indicating the status
of the headset.
4) Microphone Voice input for outgoing audio.
6) Ear hook –socket - (Back of the headset)
Socket to connect the ear hook to headset
8) Charging port – (Back of the headset)
Plug for charging the battery.
2, 3) Volume control button up and down Adjust the speaker volume (2 dots volume up, one dot
volume down)
5) Ear hook Wear the headset on ear.
7) Speaker – (Back of the headset)
Listen for incoming audio.
Introduction
This bluetooth headset is a light weight wireless system utilizing bluetooth wireless technology. The headset contains a
microphone and a speaker; it’s for hands free communications with mobile phones. The power is provided by integral
rechargeable battery.
Any device that you want to use with this Bluetooth headset must be compatible with Bluetooth technology version 1.1 and
support the product and make sure that you:
1. Fully charge headset over night before you use it the first time.
2. Pair the headset with your Bluetooth phone or other devices before you start making calls.
What's in the package?
1. One bluetooth headset.
2. One adaptor
3. One user guide
Choose right or left ear wearing style
Headset can be worn on either ear by adjust the ear hook.
Note: The ear hook can plug into the socket by either side of the headset. Please see below.
Important: Please follow the below picture arrow angle to insert the ear hook, avoid vertical insert.
Adjustable hook’s angle for your ear
The angle of headset’s hook can be adjusted that to fit your ear.
Note: The hook includes the function that the hook can be adjusted. You can use it to fix your ear. Please see below.
Important: Please be careful when you are adjusting the hook’s angle. Do not force it too much which to avoid it getting any
damages happened.
Prepare to use your Bluetooth headset
1. Charging and battery time
Before use your headset, you need to fully charge the battery.
NOTE: When the headset is under charging, it stays on “OFF” mode. You’ll need to turn “ON” the headset to use after the
charging.
A. Connect the adaptor into an electrical outlet.
B. Plug the adaptor's connector into charging
port.
C. While charging, the blue indicator light will
stay solid on, when charging is completed,
the light will be off. Then you can take the
adaptor's connector out from the headset
and disconnect the adaptor from the
electrical outlet.
D. Charging time is about 2.5-3 hours.

follow the arrow angle to insert the
adaptor’s connector to headset,
avoid vertical insert
2. Linking the headset to the phone (Pairing)
Before you use your headset for the first time, you must pair the headset to a Bluetooth phone. The Bluetooth connection
between the headset and your phone can be established by setting up a paired link. With a paired link, the phone remembers
the headset's ID, and process with future use.
3. Pairing the headset to the phone
Before you can pair your headset you need to put it into pairing mode.
Note: Pairing must be done every time while the headset establishes a link with a different Bluetooth phone. Pairing mode
can only be entered from the power OFF state. During pairing, it is recommended that the headset and phone distance is as
close as possible with no solid objects in between.
To proceed pairing the headset with the bluetooth phone, please follow this guide:
A. Check the mobile phone user guide, and then find out the locations of Bluetooth device discovery.
B. Ensure headset is switched off.
C. Press and hold the Talk button for about 3 seconds, blue LED blinking 5 times, keep pressing, then blue LED and red
LED is cross blinking. This means the headset is in pairing mode.
D. Perform a Bluetooth device discovery from the mobile phone. NOTE: It may take several seconds to establish
connections.
E. The phone's display will advise that it has found HUGES-HH303 and ask you to confirm that you want to pair with it.
Confirm this.
F. Enter the passkey 1234, when your phone menu prompts you, and the phone will start to pair the headset.
G. Your phone screen will advise that pairing has been successful, and the blue indicator on your headset will flash once
every 3 sec. when Bluetooth pairing has been established.
If the pairing fails, the blue LED and red LED keep cross blinking and keep about 60 sec. then stop. A re-pairing procedure is
needed. Please refer to above A. ~ G.
NOTE: Your phone screen will also give the status. Once the headset and phone have successfully paired you are ready to
place and receive calls.
Turning your headset ON and OFF
To switch your headset on, press and hold Talk button for about 3 seconds, the blue LED lights 5 times, release the button.
The blue LED will be then blinking once every 3 seconds. This is standby mode which means the headset is awaiting a call.
To switch your headset off, press and hold Talk button for 3 seconds until there are 5 times red LED blinking, release the
button.
Making a call with the headset
There are different ways to make a call using your headset as the following description.
NOTE: Make sure the headset and the cell phone are under link stage. For the examples of Ericsson and Nokia cell phones,
the
and
symbols mean "link" status. For Nokia cell phone, it is necessary to press the talk button once to make the
symbols on the cell phone when the headset is out of 10 meters, power off or after charging.
If your bluetooth phone supports voice dialing, you can use this feature with the headset. Please refer to your phone's user
guide for more information on voice control.
Making a call from the mobile phone
1. Place the headset on your ear in the desired wearing style.
2. Using the phone's keypad, dial the phone number.
3. To send the call, press the phone's SEND/CALL key the phone initiates the all.
4. The call will then transfer automatically to the headset when connection is made.
Note: When making call from Siemens S55 phone, please press the talk button on the headset.
Making a call using voice dialing
1. Voice dialing to your phone must be turned on and voice tags stored.
2. Place the headset in the desired wearing style.
3. Press the talk button on the headset.
4. A short tone will prompt you and you can speak the voice “tag” name as entered in the phone’s voice dial phone book.
5. The phone automatically dials your selection, and you see the details of the call on the phone screen.
6. When connected, you are free to communicate normally by the headset.
Note: Please refer to the phone user guide for instructions on storing voice tags.
Ending a call from the headset
To end a call; when wearing the headset press the headset's Talk button.
Or you can end the call from the phone key pad.
Or when the other side hangs up the phone, the call ends automatically.
Receiving/Answering a call
If there is an incoming call while you are wearing the headset, a ring tone will sound in your headset and just press the
headset's Talk button to answer the call.
If you are not wearing the headset, then place the headset on your ear in the normal wearing position and use the Talk button
to accept the call.
If your cell phone supports auto answering a call, the headset will take the incoming call and you don't need to press any
button.
Transferring a call
To transfer a call from the phone to the headset, press the headset Talk button. To transfer a call from the headset to the
phone, switch the headset off.
NOTE: This could vary according to different cell phones model.
Speaker volume and volume control button
Headset offers adjust of speaker volume by press the volume up or down button. You can adjust the volume to 15 pre-set
levels.
Volume up and volume down button will regulate the volume to the speaker in these 15 steps. One step per key press
increases / decreases the desired volume until a satisfactory level is reached. An audible tone is played for each step +/- and
when either the minimum or maximum volume has been achieved.
Low battery warning
The headset needs re-charging when the red indicator is blinking once every about 3 sec. You can also hear a special tone of
DO-LU-DO-LU-DO from the headset every about 40 sec. When you talk by the headset under battery low situation, the
headset red LED is blinking 4 times every about 3 sec.
Once the low battery warning indicator starts, you have around 10 minutes of talk time left and you will then need to charge
the battery in the headset.

NOTE: Talk time and standby time are varied according to different mobile phones.
Storage of headset
1. Always store the headset and audio gateway safety protected.
2. Avoid storage at high temperatures (above 60 C/134 F) such as in a hot vehicle or in direct sunlight. (Storage at high
temperature can degrade performance and reduce battery life.)
3. Do not expose the headset and audio gateway or any of its supplied parts to rain or other liquids.

harmonized within EU. Within the EU, this product is intended to be used in Austria, Belgium, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain,
Sweden, United Kingdom and within EFTA in Iceland, Norway and Switzerland.
Users are not permitted to make changes or modify the device in any way. Changes or modifications not
