1. Safe Use Instructions

Anyone who uses this product must comply with the standard safety requirements and read the
certificate carefully to avoid improper operation or damage to the machine.

It is strictly prohibited to connect and disassemble this product in dangerous places.

It is strictly prohibited to dismantle or refit products that have been certified by explosion-proof
testing institutions in any way. Only the original manufacturer of the product can be refitted within
the permitted scope of the explosion-proof inspection institution.

Please use this product in the temperature range of -20°C to +50°C.

Please do not approach the magnetic sensitive electronic equipment when using this product.

3.1 Packing List

3.2 Product Overview
GTW-733 digital patrol system adopts RFID technology, transmits data through DMR/DMR digital
talkback platform. The system can be applied on railways, prisons, schools, hospitals, shopping malls,
mansions, factories, warehouses, fields and other industries which have fixed patrol demand on
equipment and pipelines. The system helps executive and managers to monitor and manage patrol
staffs and patrol records efficiently. The system is able to process patrol result automatically, including
checking, result storage, result inquiry and report printing. In addition, it is able to make detailed record
of patrol performance of a certain routine in a given period. The system consists of patrol beacon, patrol
terminal and patrol dispatching platform with functions of patrol, dispatch, record, track replay and etc.

GTW-RFID_IN/OUT patrol beacon is a RFID tag applied in patrol system, the main function of which
is sending patrol beacon information regularly and communicating with patrol devices.

3.3 Instructions
1. Open the beacon rear cover, load the battery and install the rear cover.
2. Select the appropriate location to fix the beacon points
3. Use matched hand-hold patrol measuring device to configure patrol beacon. Then the patrol
beacon can be normally functioning.
4. When one carries an intercom (shoulder type) with patrol function entering in the scope of an
explosion proof patrol beacon, the intercom (shoulder type) will receive ID information of the beacon,
then transmit the checking data to complete a patrol check behavior.
4. Care and Cleaning
To guarantee optimal performance as well as a long service life of the product, please follow the tips
below.
4.1 Product Care

Do not pierce or scrape the product.

Keep the product far away from substances that can corrode the circuit.
4.2 Product Cleaning

Clean up the dust and fine particles on the product surface and charging piece with a clean and dry
lint-free cloth or a brush regularly.

Use neutral cleanser and a non-woven fabric to clean the keys and surface after long-time use. Do
not use chemical preparations such as stain removers, alcohol, sprays or oil preparations, so as to
avoid surface damage.

Make sure the product is completely dry before use.
5. Quality Assurance and Maintenance Terms
We promise that the product produced by our company can enjoy the warranty service under the
contract from the date of purchase if there is any occurrence of the defects in material or manufacturing
process under the condition of normal use, operation and maintenance.
5.1 Scope and Duration of Warrant

5.2 The guarantee clauses do not include the following:

The expiration date of the warranty is beyond the warranty.

Failure or damage caused by the use and maintain which are not following the instructions.

Failure or damage caused by the use of this product under abnormal and unconventional
circumstances.

Failure or damage caused by software upgrading and firmware dismantling without the
authorization of our company.

The products that with torn up or erased label or sequence number.

The purchase date of products can be identified.

Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, flood, fire, etc.).

The appearance of the product has normal wear and tear.
5.3 Notes

Within the limits of the law, we shall not be liable for losses exceeding the purchase price of the
product in any case, and are not liable for any incidental, special or secondary damage resulting
from the use of loss, time loss, business loss, profit or income loss, and no use of the product.

This maintenance terms is based on the relevant state warranty regulations. The terms will be
