Don’t put the product close to any heating device or under direct sunlight
Avoid the product from dropping or excessive shock
Never use any chemical or cleanser. It may damage the surface of product.

Distributing music files without authorization is against copyright law.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damaged data saved in the product if the
product error was caused by user’s carelessness. The data saved in the product may
be damaged in the A/S.
Listening to sound sources in higher volume may cause auditory disorder.
Don’t use earphone set while riding a bicycle or motorcycle, or driving a car.
Immediately reset the product when it generates excessive heat or burning small, and
then contact our A/S agent for repair.

Safety Precautions
Safety matters for AC adaptor
Don’t open the case of AC adaptor to avoid electric shock.
Please be fully aware of this user’s manual to avoid any unexpected trouble.
Warning!
Prevent the AC adaptor from contacting water to avoid fire or electric shock. Use enclosed
adaptor in the package only to ensure the safety. (Manufacturer is not responsible for any
trouble caused by using other adaptors).
Note!
Use correct outlet socket to connect with the power plug to avoid electric shock. The power plug
shall not be exposed outside when it is successfully connected into the socket.
Built-in Battery
Don’t use damaged built-in battery or AC adaptor.
Excessive recharge long than specified hours is not allowed to prevent fire.
Fully recharge the battery when trying to use it for the first time or after a long-term
disuse.
When the using term gets shorter in comparison with recharging term please replace
the battery.
Since the battery supplied with the product is consumable the using hours of it
gradually gets shorter.
Any metal parts on DC converter or built-in battery should not be allowed to touch other
conductive materials to avoid fire or electric shock.

Removable Disk
By connecting the product to PC, the Windows system identifies it as a removable disk. No
extra effort to install additional software in the PC is required. All other file formats can be saved
in the product.
FM Radio & Recording
Enjoy FM radio with this product as well as digital music files (MP3/WMA)! You can also record
your favorite FM programs or songs and save them as music files. Auto tuning and frequency
storage are also available.
Built-in Li-ion Battery
No extra battery is required. This advanced battery system can be easily recharged by only

Recharge
1. Using USB cable, connect the product into USB port in PC to recharge the battery.
2. LCD screen shows the icon change from (picture) to (picture) when it is fully recharged.
Note!
It takes approx 3 hours to completely recharge the fully consumed battery.
Recharge is still undergoing while downloading/uploading files from/to PC.
Recharge the product using USB cable when LCD screen is not activated.
LCD screen shows (picture) when any error in recharge process occurs. Try to
recharge few times more. If the error is consistent, contact our local A/S agent.

Connection with PC
Note!
What’s USB (Universal Serial Bus)? This is a new connection system between PC and
peripheral devices.
Connect the USB cable supplied with the product into a USB port in PC. Any
unexpected error can be happened when connecting to the USB port in front of PC or
USB hub.
The product can not be identified in the PC with Windows 98SE or lower. Install
program CD supplied with the product in the PC.

Connect one end of the cable into a USB port on the back of PC and the other end to the
earphone jack of this product.

1. Double click on the green arrow on the right-bottom part of the initial Window screen.
2. Click on Stop and OK after selecting “USB High Capacity Storage Device”

3. Click on OK on “Safety removal of the hardware” message bar and then remove the
cable.
In case with Windows 98SE
Open “My Computer” or “Windows Search” and choose “Removable Disk.” Choose
“Remove” using the right button of mouse and then remove the USB cable.
Note!
Removing the cable without following above instruction will display a warning message
and may cause a fatal error in PC or the product.
Removing the cable while downloading or uploading files, or formatting the product
may cause a fatal error in PC or the product.

When no button manipulation in pause or stop condition is done after the set period for
“Auto Power Off,” it automatically turns off the power.
In case with no earphone connected after a certain period time, it automatically turns
the power off.
When you try to play a file after the restarting of the product, it completely recovers all
previous setting. All track numbers, equalizer and other settings are recovered.

This Mass Storage type product can upload or download files without installing extra
software.
In case of using Windows 98SE: Please install the program CD supplied with the product before
upload or download files. (PC may not identify the product)

This product downloads or uploads all types of data files (*.jpg, *.xls, *.hwp……)
functioning as a removable disk as well as a MP3 player.
1. To download files connect USB cable and click on “Copy” using right mouse button
following the selection of files in PC.

1. Can not turn the Power on?
Check the battery capacity. Recharge the battery with USB cable.
Check if the product is in HOLD.
2. Button is not functioning?
Check if the product is in HOLD.
3. Can not hear sound sources properly with much noise?
Check if any foreign material applied on earphone tip and, if yes, remove it.
Completely push the earphone tip into the product.
Check if the file is damaged.
Check the volume.
4. Too much noise with interrupted FM receiving?
Check the earphone. It functions as an antenna.
Use the product away from peripheral electric devices.
