Hyundai introduces 8 PCS phone which will change your life. The Hyundai HGP-l "JOE/12005 PCS has
the following main features.

Description of buttons
0 [A]/[V]
Adjust Earpiece, Ringer, Keytone and Handsfree volume.
9 [PWR]
Tums power on/off.
9 [SEND]
Places or receives a call.
0 [STO]
Stores information in a memory location. In a menu, confirms a setting.
0 [RCL]
Recalls information from a memory location.
0 [MENU]
Selects menu mode. You have to press [lg] button more then I second. Actually this button isn‘t
here.
0 [CLR]
Clears characters from the display or exits fi'om the current menu structure during menu operation.
0 [END]
Ends 3 call or exits from the current menu structure during menu operation.

Edits and sends or receives SMS message.

Scrolls through the menu.

Basic Operation
Turning the Phone On/Off

0 Press and hold the [PWR] button until the lamp tums on.

Check the icon 5 . lf icon is displayed on the LCD, please move to another Ire: until 5
appears
0 Enter the phone number you wish to dial. Remember to include the area code.
0 To correct a mistake, press [CLR] to delete the last digit, or press and hold [CLR] to clear the whole display.

One-Touch Dialing
For memory location 0 to 9. you can use one-touch dialing.
0 Press and hold the button corresponding to the memory location.
0 To use one-touch dialing, you should have stored the phone number in memory beforehand.
Two-Touch Dialing
For memory location 1010 99, you can use two-touch dialing.
0 Press the first digit and press and hold down the second digit.
° To use two—touch dialing. you should have stored the phone number in memory beforehand.
Last Number Re-dial
The phone stores automatically the last ten numbers which you have called or attempted to call.
To make a call to the number you called last;
0 Press [SEND]
To make a call to any of the other(nine) last-dialed numbers;

Receiving a Call

Volume adjustment
On the side of the phone. press A to increase or V to decrease the volume.
Earpieoe volume

Ringer volume
0 When the bell rings, you can adjust Ringer volume in 5 steps.
Keytone volume
0 During standby state, you can adjust Keytone volume in 6 steps including Mute.
Handsfree volume
0 During conversation. you can adjust Handsfree volume in 5 steps.
Using the Memory
Storing Information
Mlximllm 100 phone numbers up to 32 digits in length can be stored In memory.
0 Enter the phone number you wish to store and press [STO].

How can I input and store characters?
1) Select character you want with table 1-1,
I [8] button helps you to change capital character.
I Delete characters.
Delete one character 1 press [CLR] shortly or [A‘] button
Delete words : press [CLR] button longer.
2) Press [Vt] button to select next character.
3) repeat stepl and stepz.

Recalling Information
You can recall the phone number you wish to find by memory location number, part of phone number or
name in memory.

Clearing the Contents of all Memory Location

This function allows you to set the phone to clear or retain the last numbers dialed.

Using the Menu
There are two methods of accessing menu functinn.
The first method

- To change the setting to any of the options offered, press scroll buuon([A')/[V#]) to scroll

- To terminate menu completely, press [IE] or close fl i p cover.
